Nice and quiet location

Nice and quiet location in a perfect surrounding. Close to next town Viśnjan and not far to Mediterranean Sea. Lots of good restaurants around the place.

Wonderful trip to Istria! Enjoyed meeting Sabina and her husband and their son was very friendly and helpful! The house has a gorgeous view and Barat is a sweet and safe town. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do!

Wir wurden vor der Fahrt und während des Aufenthaltes von unserem Gastgeber immer informiert und hatten dementsprechend einen Ansprechpartner. Es folgte eine Woche Urlaub zu Viert in dem sehr gepflegten Haus. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, da das Haus höher gelegen ist. Zum Meer und den Küstenstädten ist man je nach Ziel zwischen 25 und 45 Autominuten entfernt (Schnelllade-Wallboxen für E-Autos gibt es ab 8km Entfernung). Wir haben den Kurztrip sehr genossen, der Pool und die dazugehörigen Möbel hatten einen grossen Anteil daran. Sehenswürdigkeiten waren für uns jetzt nicht so viele in der Umgebung zu finden, aber für Wanderungen, Städtetouren und Baden im Meer ist es ein toller Ort! In 2km Entfernung fanden wir ein tolles Restaurant, welches man besuchen sollte (Konoba Bacva). Alles in Allem ein sehr gelunger Urlaub, vielen Dank an die Ferienhaus-Besitzer, wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr kurzfristig gebucht, da uns eine andere Ferienunterkunft einen Tag vor Anreise storniert hat. Die Kommunikation lief ab der Buchung sofort sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin hat sich mehrfach per WhatsApp nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Haus liegt in einem schönen kleinen Örtchen umgeben von anderen Ferienhäusern, 15 min von Porec entfernt. Perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus

Dieses schöne und ruhige gelegene Haus eignet sich perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist schön geräumig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr um das Anwesen und haben uns ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus übergeben. Sehr schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Vila Annabelle. Wir machten Ausflüge nach Motovun, Rovijn und Porec. Die Beschreibung traf voll zu. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Vielen Dank. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Zeit

Wir als Familie haben den Aufenthalt bei Sabina sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr schöne Zimmer, jedes mit eigenen Bad. War sehr von Vorteil mit jungen Leuten😀 Der Pool war groß und mit ausreichend Liegen ausgestattet. Wir hatten jederzeit Kontakt mit Sabina, wenn wir wollten. Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend, obwohl wir sie nur zum Frühstück gebraucht haben. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Woche

Wir hatten zu 4. einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem toll eingerichtete Haus, unsere Gastgeber waren sehr Nett und haben sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung treffen voll zu und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Schöne Unterkunft mit Mängeln

Aus dem Abfluss des einen Badezimmers kommt starker Gestank welcher das 3 Bett Zimmer fast nicht bewohnbar macht. Gemauerter Grill ist vorhanden aber aufgrund eines fehlenden Rostes nicht benutzbar, in der Ecke steht dafür ein durchgerosteter und ungepflegter Grill welcher verwendet werden soll. Auf der Terasse fehlt ein Boden-Spot, was es für kleine Kinder sehr gefährlich macht, da dort ein offenes Loch im Boden ist. Die Waschmaschine springt während des Waschens immer wieder auf 60 Grad, somit war es uns zu gefährlich zu waschen nicht das die Klamotten danach kaputt sind. Zu Krönung waren während unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten an der Straße somit hatten wir von früh bis spät Baulärm.

Wunderbarer Ort der Entspannung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung: Zimmer, Garten, Pool. Wir wurden mit Obst und Getränken empfangen, alles war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und für Familien aber auch Paare gut geeignet.

Wir danken euch für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei euch im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was man allerdings sagen muss, dass das Haus hauptsächlich für die wärmeren Jahreszeiten ausgelegt ist. Aber Heizung und Kamin haben uns wunderbar eingeheitzt. Gefroren haben wir auch bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur nicht. Wie beschrieben sieht man das Meer wunderbar. Wir hatten echt tolle Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse beobachten dürfen. Sabina hat sich sehr oft gemeldet ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen Dank an euch. We thank you for the wonderful stay with you in the cottage. The house is wonderfully quiet and we have lacked nothing. What must be said, however, that the house is mainly designed for the warmer seasons. But heating and fireplace have heated us wonderfully. We did not freeze even at 4 degrees outside temperature. As described, you can see the sea wonderfully. We had really great sunsets on the terrace to watch. Sabina has reported very often whether everything is in order. We did not want to leave. Many thanks to you.

Eine herrliche Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Umgebung

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 1. bis zum 13.10.2022 in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es befindet sich in Barat, einer Siedlung 2km abseits der Ortschaft Visnjan, umgeben von Olivenbaum Feldern, freier Natur und absolut Ruhig. Da es etwas höher gelegen ist, kann man herrlich weit schauen und sogar das Meer sehen. Traumhaft. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigene Bad, das Wohn und Esszimmer mit angeschlossener Küche bieten viel Platz. Die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum verweilen ein. Wir hatten super Wetter mit 20°C und fast nur Sonne, die es Wir Sommerurlaub erleben ließ. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und standen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und kühlen Getränken empfangen, alles wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und auch insgesamt ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir sagen vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und hoffen, hier zum einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut die Chance zu bekommen, unseren Urlaub genießen zu können. Wir können es jedem mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr guter Support! Schönes Haus! Gerne wieder. 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Equipment in der Küche könnte vergrößert werden. Häufig fehlen Utensilien zum Kochen. 2. es sollten unbedingt Moskito Schutzabdeckungen an den Fenstern angebracht werden! Tolle Bäder im Haus. Sehr gute Liegen und Balkonmöbel Ausstattung . Top!

Super Urlaub in toller Villa

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super und unkompliziert. Würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
