Great space which is an ideal location for Avon Beach.

This property is really suitable for A family as it has 2 good double bedrooms and 2 ok twin bedrooms ideal for kids, not so ideal for older adults but we managed perfectly well as we are good friends and are used to sharing villas when abroad. The kitchen is a good size but would benefit from the door opening outwards as the fridge is behind the door. En suite was great but second bathroom could do with some updating. Overall a great space. Clean well stocked with china cutlery etc Would definitely book again.

some improvements needed

The property was very spacious however a little dated on the decor and furniture. Some issues with the cleanliness due to lots of cobwebs in visible places that should have been removed. Toilets all needed cleaning and brushing before we used them. I found a large piece of glass on the kitchen floor from a possible drinking glass which should have not been there if this property had been properly cleaned before we had arrived.

Hi Elaine, thank you for your review and feedback. We agree this accommodation is spacious and it has been popular this year. That said, we appreciate your additional comments and we are sorry the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. The owner of this property does use a contracted Changeover Agent to prepare the property before each booking and the owner asks them to leave a feedback card with contact information. These cards do ask you to contact them if there are any issues with the cleaning on your arrival. It is a shame you did not let us or them know at the start of your holiday as they would have been more than happy to come back and rectify anything that was not cleaned to their usual standard. We will of course provide this feedback to the company and the owner so they can make every effort to ensure the cleanliness is up to the usual standard expected for every arrival. We understand how important this is, especially with the current situation and the company are using cleaning products to protect against viruses prior to each booking. We hope you were still able to enjoy your holiday. Regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.

Brilliant place!

The property was ideal for our Christmas visit. Loved the open plan lounge and dining area. The kitchen probably needs up dating but serves its purpose. Had a great time!
