The Experience

The Casale is a newly built country house for 8 guests near Marsciano, about 400 m upon the sea level, designed by a well known modern architect on the remains of a 17th century Umbrian farm.
Inside and outside authentic old features have been respected, but the interior is finished in a beautiful light modern style.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Umbria. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

San Venanzo (3 km) is the nearest small town. Here you will find all basic shops, like small supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy.
