About this property

Apartment with a view of the pool in a medieval village overlooking Todi

Our home is located in a medieval "borgo" that was renovated a few years ago. It is situated within a park that features a fantastic swimming pool. It is not far from the centre of Todi (12 minutes by car) and serves as an excellent starting point for exploring Umbria.<br>We decided to pay homage to 1970s design because Todi was the Italian cradle of contemporary art. Many international artists have made Todi their second home.<br>In the house, you’ll find two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed). There’s also a laundry room in the village tower.<br>We’re sure you’ll love it! P.S.: There’s no Wi-Fi, but a good book and a glass of fine wine will make sure you don’t miss it.

Wir haben das Apartment mit drei Personen benutzt. Es gab zwei eigene Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein dedizierten Getränkekühlschrank, was bei den Temperaturen im Sommer eine super Sache ist.Man hat einen direkten Zugang zum Pool und einen kleinen Außenbereich, um einen Tisch aufzustellen. Der Pool war sauber und es haben regelmäßig Hausmeister nach der Anlage geschaut. Wenn man an einen ruhigen Urlaub in einem historischen Gebäude sucht, dann ist die Lokation zu empfehlen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Das muss man wissen. Wenn ein das nicht stört, kommt man eine Unterkunft zum fairen Preis.

Entspannung pur in schöner Gegend

Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Da es im Erdgeschoss war in der Nacht sehr angenehm und direkt Zugang zum Pool. Die Öage abseits vom Tribel, der Pool und die gut ausgestattete Wohung geben einem entspannung pur.
