Don't spend your family vacation wedged into a tiny little house! Enjoy your family time and lots of space both indoors and out. Feel welcome the moment you walk through the door as the great room greets you with vaulted ceilings an open floor plan and wall to wall views of the 11th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course. But don’t settle for views, take full advantage of your wrap around ground level deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or grill up dinner in the evenings. Be sure to leave a little time as the sun sets to ditch the shoes for an evening game of fairway Frisbee or sneak in a few practice putts before you head to the hot tub.
Should you eventually decide to come back indoors, the inside of this house will not disappoint. Your spacious home has an excellent layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen with all of the necessary appliances, ample cabinetry space, an expansive kitchen island with a breakfast bar, breakfast nook seating for six or if you need even more space gather around the dining table with space to accommodate eight or more. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and oversized fireplace for those seeking a more relaxed evening after an active day. For those of you who simply can’t disconnect, no worries, WiFi access is included.
Four spacious bedrooms plus loft and three full bathrooms make for a comfortable occupancy of 11 guests. The house is laid out with two master suites on the main floor. Both masters are equipped with plush king sized beds and plenty of closet space. One suite offers a private jacuzzi tub and direct access to the deck and hot tub. The second floor has two more bedrooms with Jack-n-Jill bathrooms and a loft to easily accommodate the kids. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a queen and two single beds along with an additional sleeper sofa in the loft area.
While the house has a three car garage, we had to make room for lots of toys. The ping pong table sees plenty of action and you’ll find access to 8 bikes, 5 tennis racquets, multiple Frisbees, and an assortment of balls and gloves. For those with paddling skills and transport, there are up to three kayaks available upon special request.
Spend your time exploring all of the fun to be had in Sunriver or relaxing right at home - the choice is yours! We look forward to sharing our home with you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Sunriver! This beautiful home was perfect for our family. Brian and Andrea were wonderful hosts and the house was clean, comfortable and had lots of activities to enjoy. We would definitely stay again! 10/10

Great house. Excellent Location.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and very well stocked. The location is perfect! The kids had a blast running around on the golf course at night. There are lots of working bikes which is a nice change from other Sunriver rentals we've stayed in. The house is spacious, we had 6 adults and 4 kids in our group and we never felt cramped. The owners are easy to work with, we would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay, fabulous location!

This large, lovely home has great indoor and outdoor spaces. It's on the 11th fairway of Woodlands with a new hot tub, lovely deck and easy access to throwing the frisbee in the evening or star gazing at night. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, the rooms are spotless and the owners are absolutely great with work with! They provided some mountain bikes/helmets, SHARC passes and were readily available for questions. Very highly recommended!

Great place for the family

They saved our family vacation after a mix up with our previous rental. This house was even better. Right on the golf course, so the kids can go and play at night. The kids loved to play hide and seek in the many hiding spots. The house was fully stocked in the kitchen and had tons of bikes, games, puzzles, and towels to bring to the pool. The only down side is it’s was a bit further from the village for the little kids to bike to and from, but close to bike to the observatory and fort rock park. I have no hesitation in recommending this for your family stay.

Spacious and beautiful home in the gorgeous Sunriver location

This house was a wonderful getaway for our family. We stayed here while attending the Bend Premier Cup soccer tournament. The house is very spacious, and we enjoyed being able to spread out and cook some of our meals in the large kitchen. The outdoor space was very peaceful. We spent every evening sitting on the back deck and enjoying the hot tub. It was fun watching the golfers and deer from back there. This was our first visit to Sunriver and we loved whitewater rafting and also the bike ride to Lava Lands during our stay. There is so much to do and see in this area. This house had everything we needed, and Andrea and Brian were very helpful! We will definitely be back!

The house is very nice and was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Check-in is a breeze with the lock box. Hot tub was a nice feature as was the very nice laundry room. Kitchen was great and the pantry was an extra bonus for all our food and meal supplies. Air conditioning was a must and it worked great. A bit warmer upstairs than we'd like, but the fans were put to good use. Foosball was a giant hit!We were a bit surprised at the classic car that takes up almost 1/2 of the garage, with the ping pong table unable to move, our rafts and bikes had to be inside our vehicles and stored on end in that garage. The little frig in the garage was taped shut and we replaced the tape, and found a log that kept it shut. Andrea was a GODSEND when she found long lost stuffies of our granddaughter. She mailed them quickly and the sniffles were immediately replaced with smiles! Thank you!

Excellent Home on Golf Course

We loved this home for a family (8 adults of all ages) week of fun at Sun River. Located on golf course, we chilled on deck everyday. The home was clean and has all amenities mentioned in description - all in working condition. All bikes were rideable, jacuzzi worked well, air conditioning, etc. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive. We cooked most nights and kitchen was well equipped with cookware and dish ware. The second story is a Jack and Jill bathroom share with separate sinks to each room so there is privacy. The landing/loft outside of second floor bedrooms provides extra TV and games as well as extra sleeping if needed. I would stay here again.

Great house on the golf course!

The house was great. Our favorite part was that it was right on the golf course which was so nice in the evening. The house has a ton of games, both I DOR and outdoor, bikes for everybody and even some inflatables. The owners were very accommodating and communicated to make sure we knew what we needed to and to quickly answer questions. It was great!

Wonderful change of scenery for our family

This home is a wonderful place to vacation. It is very well stocked with all of the essentials and that made cooking in very easy and enjoyable. The views of the 11th fairway from the back deck were nice and we enjoyed eating our meals outside.. The selection of adult bikes was terrific and we appreciated having them for our use. We enjoyed playing some of the card games as well. Basically you can just arrive and move right in very easily. The owners provided very detailed instructions about the house and how everything operates. Very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home with a wonderful floor plan for families. The separate upstairs with foo's ball is great for the kids. The kitchen is large and able to handle more than one cook. Large dining table with a separate table in kitchen. Large deck with view of the golf course. Owners were very helpful and accommodating.

Spacious home in good location

The home was great for four couples, with nice sized bedrooms for each couple, plus additional space that would have worked for kids. It was clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The deck was big and we loved watching the golfers :) We would definitely stay at this home again.

Excellent Sunriver House!

Our families loved our stay in this magnificent house. The hot tub, the deck, the golf course view, the sharc passes, the wood fireplace, the ping pong -- all fabulous. The large open areas with high vaulted ceilings and bright windows made the space very comfortable and bright. The house came stocked with all the necessary household items we needed (a feature I have not found in many other Sunriver rentals). The house is well cared for and kept very clean. We loved it!

Sunriver GREAT FAMILY HOME

Our family stayed for 4 days in the spacious home. We were surprised how the sound did not carry from room to room which is always a blessing when you have a house full of people. The home is very well equipped with everything you could want to make a Sunriver stay complete including bikes!! I prefer the North end of Sunriver because of easy access off 97. This home is ON the golf course 11th hole. It was fun to watch the golfers go through while sitting in the hot tub or having a beverage at the outdoor dining table. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting great beds, equipped kitchen and bathrooms and even passes to SHARC pool.

Well Appointed House - Beautiful Location - Fun for all!

This house is fabulous. As a regular and long time Sunriver renter, this is easily in my top 3 favorite houses. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen has everything you need for light meals or full family sit-downs. There is so much storage throughout the house which helped to keep our large party's belongings tucked away. The deck is beautiful and we spent many an evening looking out onto the golf course (Woodlands 11th hole) and playing cards at the outdoor table. The grill is brand new and NOT your typical Sunriver grill, it is beautiful and even our seasoned grillers were in awe of how nicer it was. Andrea and Brian were very helpful before our stay, giving us detailed instructions on how to work everything and what to do when we checked-out. Nothing worse than trying to figure out how to work a TV with kids anxious for some down time. The Ping Pong table got some good use and they had plenty of bikes for the adults. I cannot recommend this house enough and we felt lucky to have found it and plan to stay again! Thanks Andrea and Brian for helping to make this a great stay! - Alex and extended family

We're long time Portland residents and outdoor enthusiasts. Despite lots of outdoor adventure travel we have yet to find a place that compares to Sunriver for year round activities. We were thrilled to finally purchase a beautiful home in our favorite outdoor playground. Not so thrilled to scoop four feet of snow off the roof on our very first stay. We hope you'll enjoy the home and you can leave the snow shoveling to us.

Why they chose this property

The question is why this house? If you've spent any time in Sunriver you know that while the resort and amenities are best of class, much of the housing stock is not! Most of Sunriver housing was developed in the 1970's and 80's and the layouts... well we've seen just about everything. To us it was essential that the house have an open feeling and flow seamlessly into the outdoors. The towering vaulted ceilings, wrap around windows and open kitchen design ensure that the inside of the house feels spacious and open. The huge ground level deck allows people to flow seamlessly from inside to outside living. The deck then spills out onto the 11th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course. Having the golf course as the final extension of the house makes it truly spectacular. Ditch the shoes and walk through that cool green grass in the evenings, you'll be hooked.
