Apartment with Sea Views, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pool, 700m from the Beach

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in a very well-maintained complex with a communal pool, another heated pool for the winter, and a hot tub. The complex is about 700 metres from the beach, and you can walk to Garrucha in about half an hour. The apartment has a furnished terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining overlooking the sea. It is located in the Marina de la Torre beach area, a very quiet area in an elevated location.

Important Note: The company does not accept groups of young people or bachelor/hen nights. Some properties are available for couples under 25 years of age.

Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Key pickup takes place at a key drop box in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before the
date of your trip. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, cot rental, etc.) are listed in the rental agreement and can be paid for upon arrival.

Right of Access
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purpose of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
