2 story beautiful , modern and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 3,5 bathroom located close to the beach in a very safe, gated community.
Only a few minutes away from the golf course, spa and the famous 5th Avenue.
My house is fully equipped with pots, pans and silverware, even everything to make a turkey and bake cookies. It also comes with linen, towels, 2 hairdryers, Dish and Smart TV. A large terrace allows you to spend dinner time outside.
Weekly cleaning is included. AC is charged based upon consumption.

I am available for any questions or tips at any time. I am traveling a lot myself. Laure, my property manager will meet and greet you , do a walk through and is also available throughout your stay. She speaks French, Spanish and English.
Golf Course & Bike Path to the beach are right in front of my home. Community Pool, Palapa , Pool chairs, 24h security, Playground on site.
The beach access is a short bike ride - close to the Reef club. The Reef club also offers limited availability for their Beach Club. It fills up quickly so be there early (8:45am)
If for whatever reason you need to adjust your dates - whether that’s a day or 2 or several months - I am very easy to work with and will always try to accommodate

Born and raised in Germany, lived in Dominican Republic, Mexico, Indonesia, Australia, USA. Travelled and Scuuba - dove around the world. Fell in love with Playa del Carmen and decided to stay and raise my daughter in paradise.
Met my husband a few years ago in Playa del Carmen and now we all live in Las Vegas , but we frequently visit our home in Playa.
There is no better beaches, seafood or weather in our opinion and it's a great place for families or couples who love sun, sand, the Carribbean and Latin dancing. Oh - and the food of course - delicious and fresh seafood everywhere. One of the best seafood restaurants is within walking distance from my home.

Why they chose this property
Because I lived there myself for many years. The house has the best location inside Palma Real which is a gated community. You are away from the street and away from the jungle. Being right in front of the pool allows you to prepare meals and watch the kids at the same time.
The house is also fully equipped ... Frontloading Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Electric Shutters etc.
It's fully equipped with absolutely everything you need. And if you stay more than 7 nights weekly maid service is also included. Doesnt get much better, does it ?
I also just installed blackout curtains in the Master Bedroom and the kids room - and when I say blackout I mean blackout. I never sleep 12 hours except when I am in Playa :)
It's easy to get around by foot or bycicle, but we always rent a car.
