There was no beating the view from the lanai. It was exquisite. The AC worked great at keeping the rooms clean however it does blow hot air out of the unit on the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The host was very welcoming with very specific information about unit access codes. The unit was just as advertised and very clean with all the amenities such as beach chairs and towels. The air conditioner worked well. Liked 2 BR.

Location fabulous. Room disappointing. Not ready upon check-in time. One room bed unmade, laundry going, basket of unfinished wash. No one around. Mgt company could not find me in their bookings!?! Bathroom sink clogged. No Kleenex or hand soap in the bathrooms. No towel rack in one of the bathrooms. Took three days to completely address. Oversized furniture, could not open the closet door! Cooking utensils shoddy at best. Expected a lot more for the price I paid. AC worked great though!

Yes, we saw whales and dolphins and lots of turtles. Rarely used the air conditioner (mid 80's). The breeze from the ocean kept the unit cool. Both bathrooms were adequate and stocked. Birds building nest on balcony, the kid loved it. BBQ was perfect, on the roof. We watched the sunset every night. Short walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and the ABC Store. The location from the unit to the beach was perfect. Chairs and boards included for the beach. The beach was perfect. The ocean view from the room was perfect. Location, location, location!! We left well rested. Off the record: Coffee pot and stove should be replaced. Coffee pot was dirty, very dirty. Pans should be replaced and add some sharp knives please. Stove flamed twice when cooking (left side back burner). All of the floors could use a good steam cleaning. And the bed frames in both bedrooms, painful to walk into the corners. Rooms are too small for those bed frames. All of us walked into them.
