Its bright spaces, minimalist details, handcrafted elements, custom decorative touches, and Cycladic aesthetic create an atmosphere of tranquility, ideal for families, couples, or groups wishing to experience Naxos with comfort and authenticity.

Set within a private 4,500 m² estate, the villa offers unique spaces for relaxation, featuring hammocks and peaceful corners designed for unwinding. Here, panoramic Aegean views, complete privacy, and the serenity of the Cycladic landscape come together to create a truly memorable stay.

Just a few minutes away from the Town and the island’s beaches, Zephyrus Sunset House is a peaceful retreat overlooking the Aegean landscape and the colors of the Naxian sunset.

The villa was built in 1992 on a 4 and a half acre piece of land. It accommodates up to 10 people. Pets are also welcomed. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a spacious lounge with two sofas that can be used as beds.
The villa has been decorated with passion and love, with many handmade creations made by the owner.
Every room has a balcony with spectacular views.

Guests will enjoy the breathtaking sunsets , privacy and tranquility of the privileged location of the house.
The house is accessible by car. Α car is essential for moving to and from the house.
