We were attending a conference at Hendrix College and loved the proximity to campus, about a block away. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying, and we actually extended our stay an additional night this time. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient. The only thing I would suggest is that you get full sizeironing boards and higher toilets

Very nice place

I was pleased with the accommodations and pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness. As this is a two story townhome, it was very nice to have a half bath on the first floor. I intent to make another trip in February and will definitely try to stay here again. Communication with the owner was great as well.

Four guys arrived in Conway to watch the UCA Bears host a playoff football game. The Bears lost the game but this townhouse was perfect! It was very clean, nicely decorated and will equipped. Kris was extremely nice and responsive. The location was convenient to the stadium, & downtown. This place is better than a hotel! Thanks Kris!

This is a nice VRBO! It was centrally located, very convenient to what we were there for, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear all conversations and noises from neighbors. There were also adults smoking pot outside of our doors every time we were there; in their parked cars, standing in the parking lot and in the outside areas. We did not feel comfortable with our younger kids staying with us there. Nobody was rude or overly loud. And our host was extremely responsive and nice.

Hendrix Visit

The outside is fine, but the inside is cute and comfortable! We had everything we needed for our several-day visit in Conway. The condo is very clean and welcoming. We will stay with Kris again!

We do not live on site, but we are close enough to take care of any needs that may arise.
