This was a convenient place to stay visiting our son at Hendrix college (just a short walk away). Kris was very communicative with us, and the place was clean and quiet (if you don't mind the occasional train in the distance).

Short Visit in Conway

The location of the townhome was perfect. The property was clean, quiet, well equipped with everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on other visits to Conway.

We have stayed at several VRBOs in Conway over the years. This one did not disappoint. The property was clean and well maintained, and Kris was quick to check on us and ensure all was well. The neighborhood was quiet and literally next door to Hendrix University. Located in just the right spot in town to get anywhere quick.

Cozy and a great price!

Our family of 4 stayed here during the holidays. It was very clean and perfect for our needs! It’s right next to Hendrix College and only a few blocks from downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

Delightful Vrbo

I recently stayed at a delightful VRBO in Conway, Arkansas, and it met my expectations. The space was exceptionally clean and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Its location directly across from the college was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the local area. We enjoy riding motorcycles, hiking, traveling and spending time with our family and friends. In 1998 we moved to Conway Arkansas with our two sons and immediately fell in love with Conway, our new place we now call home.

Why they chose this property

During our travels, we have had the best experiences staying at Vacation Rental Properties. Wanting to share this same opportunity with those visiting the Conway area we’ve decided to open our downtown home to business travelers, adventures, vacationers and pretty much anyone wanting to come visit our great city.
We do not live on site, but we are close enough to take care of any needs that may arise.

What makes this property unique

This property in downtown has so much to offer –
Very close to Hendrix College, UCA and CBC. You can enjoy all the excellent local restaurants, shopping, antique/flea markets – walking/biking trails, local parks and entertainment.
Being centrally located in the state we have the best of both worlds, less than 30 miles to excellent hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, boating and camping areas.
