Sleeping up to 8 guests, this single-story home offers spacious living with 12-foot ceilings, central air, and ceiling fans throughout. The primary suite features a new Sealy king mattress, and all bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and flat-screen TVs. Relax on the screened porch overlooking the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, enjoy the large backyard, or take the electric golf cart to nearby Martinique pools, beaches, and tennis courts. Perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a connection to nature.

Lovely home

The house was very nice. Primary mattress a tad too soft and bouncy for us. When one person moved the other did too.The place was very clean except the carpets need shampooing. generalcleanshampooing

Don’t stay in this house!

We LOVE Martinique, but don’t stay in this house! Pick any other residence. House was dirty. Blind in the master wouldn't close. I had to change clothes in the closet. Stove top didn't work. Windows and screens had mold growing on them. Patio furniture was filthy, and paint would chip off onto your skin, if you sat on it. Ceiling fans were caked in dust. Mattresses and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Bugs all over the house. Golf cart was duct taped together. Microwave was rusty. Light bulbs were burnt out. Kitchen sink faucet was broken. All the furniture was worn out. The kitchen table had a chair with no seat in it. I have picture of everything. I texted and called property manager with NO RESPONSE!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation experience was a 1 out of 5. This house has zero beach towels, zero beach chairs, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag. That's it. They expect you to bring these items to vacation with you. There are no extra sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. There are two grills. Both are charcoal and both should be thrown away because they are in such disrepair. Don't expect to have a fun family bbq at this house. The gym needs a special access badge that was not in the house when we arrived. It took more than 24 hours to have it delivered. The wifi never worked on the trip at all. The management said they were working on too many other issues to fix our wifi. This house is nice, the "staff" was awful. To top this off, we left a cooler in the room. It is obvious that the renters shouldn't leave stuff. However, when we asked the staff, they were rude and non-responsive. They found the cooler, which I am thankful for but when I asked for a simple status update they took multiple days. Actually, it took 13 days to respond to a question for a status update. The bottom line is the location is great. The house is better than average. The staff doesn't know what good hospitality looks like. I would rent from another owner in this property, not this house.

Great place to get away

Sara's Saving Grace was a great property to stay at. The house was very clean and inviting. It's a short golf cart ride to one of 1 pools and the beach. We would stay there again.

Perfect vaca on the beach

The house was wonderful for our party of 6. Great access to the pools and also the beach. Only issue was with the dryer malfunctioning the last day of our trip. Very great property and will definitely visit again!

Beautiful house with plenty of amenities

We have been staying at a friend’s house in Martinique on the Gulf for many years. This was our first stay at a different property. It was absolutely beautiful, well located and immaculately clean. All is exactly as described. Ignore the prior reviews about the kitchen. It is well appointed with high-end appliances and has all of the cookware you would ever need. But, this part of the Gulf has incredible fresh seafood, so make sure to also get out to the MANY great restaurants within a 3 minute to 15 minute drive from this house.

Sara’s was a great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was better than expected — very spacious, lovely decorations, perfect location. The kids enjoyed the easy access to the heated pool and riding the golf cart to the beach. As others have said, supplies are bare bones — bring your own cleaning supplies and everything else you can think of.

A 1 minute walk to the nearest pool and a 3 minute golf cart ride to the other and the beach. BedsWerr comfortable and shower pressure amazing. Only short coming is kitchen supplies. Only 2 large and 1 small frying pan. Made cooking meals a bit trickier than expected. Grill is charcoal which prevented us from using (too much time and effort). I would highly recommend!

Check in and check out were a breeze, the home was clean, and the description is accurate. The pictures are not up to date as some updates have been made (carpet, paint, bedding). My only disappointment was that there were no cleaning tools (broom, dust pan). There was a vacuum that was not working properly. Due to Covid I brought cleaning items (bleach, additional dish clothes & towels, sponges, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap) because I did not know what would be available. I was glad I did because there was nothing. The home was clean, but I would have liked to been able to sweep up messes. In addition the kitchen had basics only. Again, I brought items (sandwich bags, garbage bags, paper towel, napkins, paper plates, body soap, toilet paper, kleenex) not knowing what would be provided due to Covid and I needed all of the above. I would stay at this property again, and recommend it to friends. I would definitely suggest brining extra of what you use daily.

Sara’s Saving Grace

We loved this property! Such a plus to be a single family home! The community was outstanding, all the natural growth made it feel so welcoming. All the houses are nestled into the natural beauty. The golf cart was a big selling point for us too. It made things so much easier going to the beach and just strolling the community. I would highly recommend staying here😎 Oh yeah and no stairs!!! Woohoo!

Lovely house in great neighborhood

The home is perfect for families with children. We loved the location, convenient access to beach via quick cart ride, and the quiet surroundings in Martinique neighborhood. Home included all of the essentials, and the property owner was very helpful with what to bring, etc. We will gladly stay here again.
