Pool was great for after beach time for the kids, house was very clean, had everything needed as well as plenty of beach toys and pool toys. The walk to the beach is about 4 minutes, would recommend water shoes or tennis shoes for walking, the sand gets very hot during the day.

Our family of 11 fit perfectly in this house. We loved the private pool and large deck with plenty of seating. The management company was an absolute dream and extremely tentative . Normally they clean the pool 1/wk but since we had a tropical storm roll in mid week they were so kind as to come back to clean out the new debris. My one tip would be to bring water shoes, crocs, etc to walk through the sand path to the beach. It gets very hot . We had an unforgettable time away .

Great property for our visit. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Wish the property offered more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Just make sure you read the emails from the property manager. Location was great. Easy walk to the beach. Wish the pool would have been heated since the weather was near 70 but can't predict the weather!

The house is great and has plenty of room. Nice ocean view but just be prepared for a walk to get to the beach, especially if you have young children.

Loved this house!! Would definitely stay in this house again. Check in was easy but we did have to stop at the rental company to check in and this was a different process than we had experienced in the past. The walk to the beach is not bad. House had everything we needed. The layout was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children. So plenty of room to spread out. Living room area might be small if you have a party of 10 but definitely enough room to sleep 10. The only issues the washing machine did not work, but was not a huge issue for us. We let the rental company know when we checked out so it could be fixed for next guest. The pool was dirty on arrival but assumed they came weekly and would be cleaned during our stay. It was not. We notified them of this as well, was told they subcontracted this so they will notify them. So surprised it was not cleaned regularly. So only suggestion is if pool is not clean notify rental company at arrival. Overall this was the best house we have stayed in, in our 11 years of visiting this area each summer. Loved this home so much!!

Wonderful

The pathway to the beach needs to be a little better. The dishwasher had dishes left in it. Bit overall everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book it again!!!
