This radiant getaway has two newly renovated bathrooms in each bedroom and the bedrooms have access to furnished front and back porches. The front and back screened porches will be as much a part of the living space as the interior rooms. The back porch overlooks the professionally landscaped backyard with an edible garden maintained by a master gardener. The larger front porch allows outdoor dining or just enjoying a refreshing beverage from the rocking chairs.

The home is furnished with original artwork throughout with imaginative contemporary pieces. The updated kitchen is open to the living area and furnished with equipment any gourmet cook would envy. The kitchen is complete with top of the line chef ready appliances from a Gourmet Viking Dual fuel stainless stove, a Bosch dishwasher, gourmet knives, a Keurig, a Nespresso Machine, and the coffee pods are even provided. The kitchen granite countertops extend to the adjacent laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A vaulted ceiling and open interior adds to the natural and expansive light that is Lady on the Beach.

The first king primary bedroom has a completely renovated private full bathroom in the front, a second queen bedroom with a completely renovated private full bath is at the back of the home, and a queen sleeper sofa is in the living room to comfortably sleep six on your next beach escape. Off the queen bedroom is a screened in porch with Adirondack seating for two overlooking the large fenced in yard, a deck, an outdoor grill and shower perfect for a long day at the beach.
