A perennial Seaside favorite, Blue Suede Shoes is located just minutes away from the beach, Central Square and pools. This cherished cottage recently underwent a major renovation. With an open furnished porch upon entry, you’re able to relax and enjoy gulf breezes at your leisure.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious, upgraded kitchen with new countertops and appliances. The loft above is fitted with a king-size fold-out sofa, while allowing you to view all the excitement below. There is a new dining room and laundry room that opens to a pole-mounted grill and outdoor shower. The living area has been redecorated with ample, comfortable seating. Tucked away quietly in the back of the home is a modern powder room with an enclosed, outdoor shower. There is also a king bedroom with private bath and private screened-in porch. Upstairs there is an upgraded king master bedroom with new bath and walk in closet. See why this home has everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation.

Review of Blue Suede Shoes home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed in Blue Suede Shoes for 2 weeks in March during our first visit ever to Seaside. We liked the home very much. We had invited friends from PA to be with us for 5 nights but they had to cancel so it was just the 2 of us for the entire stay. The house would have worked out quite well for 2 couples, having a nice guest bedroom and bath on the main floor and a large master suite on the second floor. The master was quite spacious with the bedroom, large bathroom and shower plus walk in closet. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch and chatting with people who walked by.Seaside was reasonably quiet during the first week but was inundated with Spring-breakers for the 2nd week. Thus the streets and "downtown" area were filled with loud packs of teenagers, making that week much less enjoyable for us. We did enjoy walking and biking the neighborhood, including adjoining Watercolor, as well as biking along the highway west toward Destin. All in all, it seems unlikely we will return to this area even in quieter times, but we enjoyed the house and the attention of the management company. The only other downsides to the house were barking dogs who lived next door and the steep stairs up to the loft area which had to be negotiated quite carefully.

They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is fantastic. We have rented Blue Suede Shoes several times and it never disappoints. From the huge comfy couches and beds to the gorgeous kitchen, It stays beautifully updated with every amenity you could ever want while on vacation. You can’t beat the location either. With a 3 minute walk to the beach or shopping, it’s so easy to get around. We love it there!

Darling house!

The kitchen was clearly recently updated, and was well equipped for cooking. The flow of the downstairs was just perfect for entertaining friends. The two king bedrooms are so comfortable, the upstairs master suite is SO gorgeous and spacious, even the powder bath leading to the outdoor shower is elegant and well designed! We loved staying here, it was very very nice, updated and amazing location.
