About this property

Exclusive Pool Villa - Cascina Relais

Private villa with a pool for exclusive use, located in the Iblean countryside, surrounded by olive trees, carob trees, and centuries-old plants—a true oasis of relaxation and pleasure....

The sea and the golden beaches of southeastern Sicily are just a 20-minute drive away, as are the major Baroque towns designated as UNESCO sites, such as Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli. Comiso Airport and the Le Dune hypermarket are just a 5-minute drive away.

The interiors have been recently renovated and are beautifully maintained, air-conditioned, and equipped with every comfort! Guests have exclusive access to all amenities, including Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is also an outdoor video surveillance system for everyone’s safety, especially that of children.

The pool area is truly elegant, beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings, with a very private sunbathing area. There is also on-site parking, a barbecue area, a ping-pong table, and seating areas with garden tables and chairs. A second bathroom with a hot/cold shower and a laundry room is very convenient.

Ideal for families!

Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 150 euros will be required to cover any damages.

Nice house, beautiful garden

Nice place with a beautifully designed garden. Owners were nice, providing a fifth bed was no problem. Would come again
