Nice size for two adults and two kids. Great location and easy to jump on a bus or the tube. Clean and efficient, even on the hotter days we could open the windows and get a good breeze.

This was a great spot for our family of four. The space was clean and as described. Despite warm temperatures there was great breeze from the window. Easily accessible to the underground and lots of restaurants and coffee spots close by.

This was a great flat. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We walked easily to the West End for a show. The owners were great communicators. The only thing to consider is that there some steep stairs leading up to the flat in case you have someone with limited mobility. I highly recommend this for a stay.

Solid place to stay for our family of four in central London. Our two kids were able to sleep on the extra bed and sofa bed in the living room. Location was excellent, very convenient to everything with a tube stop just a short walk away. The unit itself was nice and as advertised. The only negative is the key pick up and drop off is a 15-20 minute round trip via foot to get to the key location and back. Not a deal killer by any means, just a small hassle. We would stay there again.

This property was perfect for our trip to London ! With one of us working online at night , there were 2 solid doors separating the living room and bedroom, the rooms were large, there is a bed in the living room also for an additional person or alternate nap times ! There are 5 huge windows that open up the living room with extraordinary natural light and breeze , inviting the noise and activity in if you want to watch the world go by . The kitchen was well stocked with equipment , a full sized fridge, dishwasher & washer dryer . Location : literally 3 minutes from Goodge st station and buses direct to st pancreas /euston st for step free luggage transfer . Cafes and restaurants abound. To Consider : 2nd floor flat with steep stairs and the key lock is a good 10 minute walk from the property .

Booked two nights with a two year old, checked out after one, having not slept. The Wi-Fi network given in our check-in instructions never broadcast. Two phones, a router reboot, and a different network name found in the in-flat handbook all failed. The host's suggestion was that we buy an eSIM.The flat was over 30 degrees (August 2026). There is no air conditioning. The fan provided was, in the host's own words, "not performing as it should", and too loud to sleep next to.A baby cot confirmed in writing on 23 July for 50 was not there on arrival. We were told for twelve hours that delivery was being chased urgently. The next morning, after checkout, the host told us the payment link they had sent had never completed. They knew that the whole time.Keys are collected from a shop a ten minute walk away, which the listing does not mention. The flat was not clean. The host does not take calls or WhatsApp, and the owner never responded.Good location. Everything else went wrong, and nobody was reachable.

There is no AC in the unit and the internet/wifi did not work our entire stay. It was very frustrating as we needed internet for work and had 3 children with us. The listing did not indicate there was an AC however, it is not clearly stated that there is NO Air conditioner This is very important specially during the summer season ( current heat wave in Europe) as the apartment was very hot. It is also in the 3rd floor - no lift, but that was clearly indicated in the listing. They do provide 2 fans, which was helpful, however, with 3 young children it was not sufficient. Had I known there was no AC and no internet we would have stay somewhere else.

Perfect location is perfect. Getting here via the Elizabeth line from the airport was so easy, and there are multiple bus routes steps away that take you to various areas of London. The Northern Line is also very convenient. There are also a good number of restaurants, coffee shops and markets within walking distance for everything you’d need. The hardest part, and even that isn’t a big deal, was getting the keys a few streets up. Entering the flat is easy and the explanation provided was very accurate. There are stairs to climb to the flat that are a bit steep but manageable. Just hold onto the railing. The space receives beautiful sunlight, was clean and well thought out in terms of furniture that can be converted into beds. For its location, it is quiet with the occasional truck driving by. The place does not have air conditioning and we stayed there on a hot week (not the major heatwave but still very hot for London). With the windows open and the fan blowing, the rooms cooled off pretty nicely at night. For me, the only flaw was the pots and pans provided. They were scratched up and need to be replaced because the bits of the pan’s surface could possibly end up in your food. I’d definitely stay there again when in London.

Loved the neighborhood and location. The flat was bright, clean and to our surprise, came with a second bed. Since it’s two friends traveling together that was great. There was a coffee machine that took pods but didn’t come with any. Coming from the states and really needing a first cup before we could function, that was a challenge so be sure to pick some up if that’s important to you. Actually couldn’t have been happier with this place. Would without a doubt stay here again.

Roomy London apartment with lots of natural light. Good transport links and easy walk to Regent’s Park and the British Museum. Kitchen was enough for our flying visit. Washing machine greatly appreciated as was the WiFi setup. It isn’t quite but it’s in a busy area. Great for our family.

SCAM - Watch out, this is a scam!

This is a property manager outside of Vrbo. I paid the rental fee and followed the other procedures, including a large deposit and copies of the travel documents of all travelers' (passport and payment card (I had to ask to black out important numbers, etc.)). Looking at it after the experience, I should have known that was a red flag. I've learned that payments outside of the platform are really hard to get refunded (more on that below). Then I never received the check-in instructions. I messaged at time of check-in. When no response, I called. The number listed for the owner/manager said it was not connected. We went to the location given after booking, as we searched for the location, we discovered that the address was actually a Starbucks in London. (I learned to google the address as soon as I receive it.) We waited for 2+ hours waiting and trying to get in touch while at a nearby restaurant. We never heard from the owner/manager. I called Vrbo and they were also unable to contact the owner/manager. Luckily, Vrbo took care of me and my family. They found us an emergency hotel and are covering the difference between my original booking and the last minute one that we had to make. I'm much happier with their procedures now! The owner replied the next day and claimed to have sent the email. They are saying I was a no-show. I was there. They did not show. They will not refund, so now I am trying to get the money back from my credit card company.

I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience, and I want to clarify the situation to address your concerns. First and foremost, let me assure you that our intent was never to scam or deceive you. I apologize for the communication issues you encountered. It seems there was a significant misunderstanding or error in our communication system. The check-in instructions were indeed sent, but perhaps due to a technical glitch or an error in email addresses, they did not reach you. This is something we will investigate thoroughly to ensure it doesn't happen again. Regarding the address issue, it appears there was a mix-up in the property location details provided to you. The error leading you to a Starbucks instead of the actual property is deeply regrettable. We will review our processes to ensure all information provided is accurate and clear. If you wish to discuss it more then please contact us via email.

Excepcional
