Welcome to your Fitzrovian central London beautiful contemporary home from home! Recharge in our spacious bright and airy 3-bed / 2-bath central London rental. Our easy and restful heart of central London home will help you make the most of your stay in the city.
Our super central location is great for tourists and our home comforts are perfect for families. We have free strong unlimited wifi, kids' tableware and a well-stocked toy basket including Monopoly, Uno, a magnet tile building set, Harry Potter Dobble and finger puppets. We can arrange hire of a travel cot (no bedding).
We're always available to answer queries. We provide a comprehensive welcome pack so you can enjoy London like a local from the start of your stay.
Oxford Street, Covent Garden, the British Museum, Theatreland and more are all an easy walk from our Fitzroy Street, W1 location. Staying in Fitzrovia makes it easy to explore London's best sights and enjoy one of Central London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The property is surrounded by boutique shops, trendy cafés and a huge choice of restaurants from the basics to world-class dining.
Fitzrovia is a super central arty foodie paradise location with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix and a bustling art scene.
Perfectly designed for families, business travellers, and groups live like a local in our superb London holiday apartment. And of course there is free unlimited wifi.

With a recently fitted fully-equipped kitchen, two recent modern bathrooms, new flooring, good quality furniture, beds and mattresses, and recently redecorated throughout, this stylish flat makes a great family friendly or group stay base offering comfort and convenience a walk from the city’s best attractions.
Perfect for city breaks and corporate business travel, this West End accommodation is ideal for families, friends and work trips. London is literally on your doorstep!
The apartment is on an upper level (with elevator and lift access) and is set out over one floor.
There is wood strip flooring throughout.
The accommodation comprises:
* Master bedroom (2.89m x 4.19m) with kingsize bed with a quality mattress, fitted wardrobes, workspace desk, TV. Full ensuite bathroom with modern fittings. Includes WC, handbasin and walk in shower with strong water pressure
* Second double bedroom (2.45m x 3.11m) double bed with a quality mattress and with double fitted mirrored wardrobes
* Third double bedroom (2.88m x 2.95m) with double bed with a quality mattress, dressing table and wardrobe
* Kitchen. Recently fitted and incorporating lots of storage space, it contains a full range of integrated appliances including good sized fridge, separate freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. It is fully equipped and supplied with all crockery and kitchen utensils for home-cooked meals
* Living room (5.6m x 3.1m) with large double aspect windows, recently purchased comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV, dining table and chairs
* Bathroom 2: full bathroom with modern fittings and strong water pressure. Whirlpool full sized bath, shower fittings, sink and WC
The apartment offers a work-friendly setup. The living room and desks in two of the bedrooms make it a good workspace.
Like most places in the UK, we do not have air-conditioning. We have a fan in each room and windows that open widely to keep the place airy.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay. Self-check-in and fast Wi-Fi make your arrival and work easy.
This is great opportunity to stay in a smart, attractive property in a super and safe cultural hotspot. The apartment is in a secure quiet block in Fitzrovia, bordering Fitzroy Square. Located in the heart of the West End, there is easy access on foot or by tube to tourist London and major attractions.
Fitzrovia has more restaurants than you'll ever get to visit (with new ones popping up all the time). Michelin stars, British pub grub, easy Italians and sandwich shops. fish n chips, Peruvian cuisine, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Filipino. We've got them all and everything in between.
Our closest tubes are Warren Street, Goodge Street, Euston Square (all within 5 minute walk) and Tottenham Court Road and St Pancras (within a 10 minute walk). Regent's Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby in Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho.
The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs.
Our super location means that there is a wide grocery choice on hand, including a 24-hour Tesco on Tottenham Court Road, a few minutes walk away. Or Deliveroo deliver groceries (or restaurant meals) 24/7 direct to the apartment door in about 10-15 minutes.

We are Liz and Jack. We look forward to welcoming you to London. We manage a number of holiday let properties in Fitzrovia, central London, as well as many long let properties. We know the area well and can thoroughly recommend it for its central location, great transport links (although you'll probably be mostly on foot as tourist London is very walkable!) and wide choice of bars and restaurants. It's a highly desirable neighbourhood with beautiful architecture and interesting streets. People come from all over London to enjoy some Fitzrovia life. We're lucky enough to be based here and hope to see you here too! We have been letting our properties for over 10 years. We hope we've perfected a warm and professional welcome. We're very happy to help with questions (before or during your stay) or to tailor any trip to suit your needs so just let us know if there's anything we can do. It's right in the heart of Central London! The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. There’s a huge array of bars and restaurants in the area, including in nearby Charlotte Street and neighboring Soho. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs. If shopping appeals, you can shop til you drop in nearby Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Camden Market and Bond Street. They are all a walk away. For outside life, neighbouring Fitzroy Square is a peaceful and pleasant place to enjoy a sandwich and watch the world go by. Alternatively, it’s a 10 minute walk to Regent’s Park, a wonderful 410-acre open space offering stylish gardens with cafés, rose and wildlife gardens, a boating lake, sports facilities, an open-air theatre and zoo.
