The villa is located in a privileged environment, with wonderful views of the mountains. It is near the beautiful town of Pollença, and near the beaches of the bay of Pollença.
The villa has two spacious rooms. A room with two single beds, 0.90x2 meters, and a huge built-in wardrobe, has doors that give access to the outside. Next door has the first bathroom. The bathrooms are made of travertine marble. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, 1,80x 2 meters, and en suite bathroom with shower. The living / dining room, is cozy, furnished with modern furniture, and a comfortable sofa.The villa has a magnificent kitchen, with central island, fully equipped, which gives access to the covered terrace, ideal for eating, reading, resting etc. ..
The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful and well-kept garden, swimming pool with Roman steps, covered area, with ping-pong table, and barbecue.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely and the perfect space for a family of four. Great location near supermarket, pollensa and puerto pollensa. Only down side is the v narrow driveway and lack of taxi/uber drivers for going out for dinner: overall though a lovely stay thank you

Another fantastic stay!

It was our second time staying at this lovely villa and it was just as good as the first. Antonia is so friendly, the villa was spotless and even had a few updated items/furniture. The secluded location meant we could fully relax in quiet surroundings - we would always choose to return here for any future holidays on the island.

Beautiful property in a great location.

The villa is situated in such a lovely, secluded area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Just a 5 minute drive from pollenca, it’s so convenient getting to and from shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you might need during your stay. The pool and outdoor areas really make this property stand out! Antonia is so friendly and helpful, her communication since booking was fantastic. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Most amazing place we have stayed

We were so impressed with this property. It was so beautiful and peaceful there. We loved everything about it. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It had everything we needed and more. I love the personal touches like local snacks and wine that the host left for us to enjoy. Pollença was such an amazing town and we definitely want to go back someday! We would rebook this property in a heartbeat.

Fab villa

We had a lovely week in late Sept. The villa was well equipped and spacious. The pool and garden were well kept. The approaching driveway is quite narrow, so glad we heeded the advice on this and hired a small car. Would happily return.

The property was exactly as described on the website. We were delighted on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, making the most of the well equipped kitchen and outside cooking and dining spaces. It was fabulous to be within a short drive of both Puerto Pollença and the fascinating old town, with a range of restaurants. With a supermarket nearby to buy regional Rośe wine as well as historic buildings to explore, our visit was a great success. Would strongly recommend booking. town Pollença

Lovely family holiday

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Antonia in July 23 (two adults and two children age 12 & 9). We all loved it. The villa is lovely, generously sized and had everything we needed and more. The pool is a great size and the garden is lovely and very private. The only small recommendation we have is perhaps a ceiling fan in the outside sitting area as it was very hot when we were there and the outside area was so lovely to sit out in the extra breeze would have been welcome. The host Antonia is superb. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Antònia was a wonderful villa and the namesake a wonderful host. She was always available to answer any questions and was helpful all the way through our stay. The highlight of the villa is obviously the outdoor area which is wonderful and where we spent most of our time. The house is clean and simple. The kitchen has all the things you need, but watch out for the extractor hood. It is massive and makes cooking quite a hazard as my head can testify. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice, although some new pillows would be nice as we have all come home with fairly sore necks. When spending quite a lot of money, nicer pillows, bedding etc would have been appreciated. Overall though, we had a great time, the location is fantastic as the villa is peaceful but close to the beautiful Pollença.

Relaxing holiday

Very nice house with several terraces, garden and excellent pool. The house is located in a quite rural area outside. You will need a car (or bike), but not to big because the last 100 m of the driveway to the house is small. The house is perfectly located to visit the north/east of Mallorca and for everybody looking for a quite place. No bars, discos etc in the neighborhood.

Hot for me

Wish the AC was better. For an American, it was warm in the house. The 2 units in bedrooms were not enough to cool the whole place. Of course August was hot, but disappointed the AC wasn’t better. But overall it was a good place to stay. . Very clean, for sure. A good location for visiting northeast area beaches. Drive slowly as the roads are tight. Nice host.

Erholung pur in einem wundervollen Haus

Wunderschön

Das Haus ist gut geschnitten, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Haus war überaus gut ausgestattet. Alle 1-2 Tage kam jemand kurz vorbei um den Pool zu checken/reinigen. Ich würde das Haus direkt wieder buchen. Es liegt zwischen dem Strand (Port Pollenca) und der Stadt Pollenca, sodass mit dem Auto beides gut zu erreichen ist.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer insgesamt sehr ruhigen Gegend. Uns hat nichts und niemand gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll angelegt und bepflanzt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gründe zum Meckern muss man suchen. Die etwas hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Räumen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Ruhige Lage

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage etwas abgelegen, aber sehr angenehm ruhig und man konnte trotzdem mit dem Mietwagen alles gut erkunden. Der Hafen Pollenca war nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, Alcúdia ebenso.

Alles super!

Schon vor unserer Reise hatten wir einen sehr guten und persönlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Die Finca hat alles gehalten, was die Beschreibung versprochen hatte. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt mit einem wundervoll abgelegenen und ruhigen Grundstück auf dem einen ab und an ein Hahn besuchen kommt. Auch vor Ort hat der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hervorragend funktioniert. Antonia ist sehr nett. Ein kleines Problem wurde umgehend gelöst und bei unserer späten Anreise um circa 22:30 Uhr fanden wir Lebensmittel für ein kleines Frühstück vor. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man ist sowohl am Strand als auch in Pollença in etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Pool ist großzügig und für Kinder super geeignet. Die Tiefe beträgt auf den ersten etwa 1,5 Metern nur etwa 80cm bis 100cm. In dieser Jahreszeit ist das Wasser allerdings schnell ausgekühlt. Am Ende unserer Zeit, 22.10.2024, hatte das Wasser noch etwa 17-19°C. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicherlich wieder!!

Wunderschöne Finca zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Finca. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight, dazu die großzügige Küche, die zum Kochen und Verweilen einlädt. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen! Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns zur Ankunft sehr nett begrüßte und auch zwischendrin die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wechselte.
