Enjoy the beautiful gulf coast right out the back door, in our 4 br, 3 bath home. Leave the traffic, noise, and crowds behind in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for the quiet and serenity of Fort Morgan. Beautiful beach front house.

Description:
* Beds = King, queen, queen, two sets bunk beds (1 twin over twin,1 twin over full),twin sleeper chair, 1 roll-away twin, 1 twin daybed with twin trundle.
* Nice gulf-front covered balcony, perfect for watching your children build sand castles while you take a sun break, or for watching the dolphins. Screened in porch on back deck.
* Gulf-front master bedroom (king) and other gulf-front bedroom (queen) both open to the back deck.
* Each bedroom has a smart TV, DVD player, clock,and hangers.
* Kitchen has ice maker, two microwaves, a 2nd fridge, 2 coffee pots, a Keurig coffee maker, all major appliances, large crock pot,large roaster,pancake griddle,ample cookware & dishes,homemade ice cream maker, and high chair & booster chair for the little one.A porta-crib,baby gate& auditory baby monitor are also provided.
* Outside = deck furniture,chaise lounges,beach chairs,small beach tables, boogie boards,small kiddie pool,sand toys,charcoal grill (bring charcoal, lighter fluid, and selected cuts of meat!)
* View = waves, dolphins, birds, jumping fish, shrimp boats
* Satellite tv, internet, wifi

Sorry - absolutely no pets and no smoking.

Enjoy the private beach without the hassle of claiming your spot. The peace and quiet are well worth the drive from the crowds in town. Residential area, with no high rise condominiums to contend with. Bring your canoe, and fishing gear to fish from the beach. Several reasonably priced restaurants are in the area. Just 4 miles from well-known golf course Kiva Dunes.One & 1/2 miles from Ft. Morgan Marina, providing fishing charters.Two miles from historic Ft. Morgan, where you can tour or ride the ferry across the bay to Dauphin Island.

Rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer months, but inquire about nightly rentals, especially in the off-season.

Perfection Vacation Destination

Everything about our trip was wonderful. Communication with owners was excellent, house was clean and more than enough of everything we needed supplied. Beach is clean and the shade tent and chairs on the beach was nice, the view was beautiful and watching the storm roll in inside the covered area of the porch was an added bonus. Dolphins were active during our stay. I would highly recommend booking this property to anyone!

Beach Please

This house is the perfect, affordable, beachfront property. Everything you need is likely already there from beach supplies (seriously, leave your stuff at home she has you covered!), movies galore, books, games, beach bags, koozies, ice machine, throw blankets (when your sunburnt and chilly)…I could keep going but this would be very long. Beds were pretty comfortable. Place was clean with brushes and a hose on the upstairs deck to keep the sand to a minimum. Water was hot. Views is amazing. Outdoor space is great. Ange answered several questions via messages, text, and email. I’d recommend this house to any family and friends heading to Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores.

Such a great place and a wonderful owner making all the better!

I’ve been going to the beach for the last ten years. Most of them here to Gulf shores. This is by far the nicest place I’ve stayed at! You can tell the owners spend a lot of time here and it’s not just ran by a manager and just to make money. This is their home away from home and you can tell by the upkeep, the extras, the communication with the owner, all of it. It’s been such a peaceful week for me, two of my adult kids, one of my grandsons, and a friend of mine. I will certainly be keeping this info in my future “to go to” books. The owner was so kind and worked with me on payment deadlines when I had unexpected financial issues come up and did everything she could to help me make this trip happen! The only thing that disturbed us a bit was construction on a house next door which isn’t the owners fault and to be honest, it isn’t peek season so… Other than that no complaints and I would love to be able to come back!

Hidden gem

We love Fort Morgan for the privacy and seclusion yet a short drive to the hustle and bustle of gulf shores if you want. This house was perfect! We really enjoyed the stocked supply room of chairs, toys, sand castle supplies, and intertubes. This kept us from having to bring all that ourselves like we normally do. The back deck was great for all of us gathering and plenty of seating room everywhere. Kitchen well stocked. Beds SUPER comfy (better than my own I think!). Walk off the back deck and few steps to the water! We definitely plan to come back on our next trip. Ange was great , even called to check on us and quick to respond to anything. Thank you for sharing your home!

This place has everything

We traveled with my kids and 3 grandkids 5 and under. Everything we could of needed for the kids, they had. Kiddie chairs, picnic tables, sipping cups, toys and more toys. So nice since we flew in! Even for us adults. Plenty of outside chairs, everything a kitchen should have, the screened in porch was great. The place was clean and the beach was quiet. We will be back.

Right on the beach

This house was perfect for our multi-generation family. It was well stocked for our stay and kid friendly. We could watch the little ones on the beach from the deck. The ice-maker was a real plus. The owner was in touch with us and helpful every step of the way. Would book this house again.

Perfect beach house

This was a fantastic beach house! It was just my parents and I, but the house can easily accommodate many more guests. Anything you think you might want or need is there. Tons of games and movies. Outside deck was very recently redone and the composite boards for the flooring was nice on our feet. The owner is a dream to work with, very easy to reach, and excellent at letting you know what to expect. I hope we can stay here again next year.

Good property for family vacay

The ptoperty was great. It was verywell furnished and very comfortable. A home away from home. The owner was very nice and communicated promptlty. The besch is very close to the house. Me and my family would gladly stay there again.
