With our cabin-like feel and modern conveniences, we have no doubt you will enjoy your time here.
The master bedroom with queen size bed in the private loft features a full bath with standup shower.
The main level hosts a second queen size bedroom.
The "Bunk" room has 2 twins and a full bed as well as a full bath with shower and tub.
There is an additional half bath off the living room.
Our full kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, oils, spices , spacious dining tables and ample room for the family to relax.

A short walk past the hammock and tire swing to our swimming pond features a beach with a very gentle slope into the water, welcoming toddlers to big kids!

Spend the day here as it boasts a charming pavilion featuring a large grille, kitchen sink, picnic tables.

In the evening start a fire in our Solo fire pit area next to the pond. Endless firewood on site.

Have some s'mores and tell some tales!

Additionally you will find a 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, life jackets, swim and sand toys, cornhole, and kayaks.

Layout in the sun or canon ball off the floating dock.

Call dibs on the shaded hammock for an after lunch siesta.

Our lower "wildlife" pond is a great place to enjoy mallard ducks and our resident blue heron early in the morning.
Catch and release fishing is welcome.
Fishing poles are on the porch!

Take a relaxing walk through our Hickory Woods, or perhaps play in the gently flowing creek.
Glean from our seasonal vegetable gardens!
Be sure to pick some fresh mint and enjoy your homemade tea.

Our little Vineyard and Orchard are gaining maturity!

The sky here is loaded with stars as there is no city lights to be seen for miles and miles.
Best enjoyed from the hot tub!
We provide all your basic linens, soaps, TP, paper towels, and laundry supplies.
We have high speed fiber optic internet as well as a desk area.

Pets? Well they are family as well right?!!
We have a HUGE chain link fenced, shaded enclosure for your dog(s)..

Pets are always welcome in the house as well!

What about a day trip off the property?

Cruising around the back roads you will find country folks going about their farming at a casual pace. Be sure to stop and visit some of the many Amish as they are hard at work crafting hand made items. Don’t forget to pick up your locally sourced honey or maple syrup.

Venture out to NY’s award winning cidery’s, distilleries, wineries.
Besides all of the stunning Finger Lakes, some other area must see locations:

Nearby Canisteo is home to the world famous living sign.

Bring your friends and family as there is more than enough room for tents and campers (7- 30AMP Plug Ins) Water and dump station available.

Whoever rents the house can choose to add RV spots.
We do not have multiple groups at once.

Additional guests/campers/RV’s must be discussed with owner and quoted.
Our caretaker home is very rarely occupied when guests are on site.

The driveway entrance is monitored with cameras.
