Bookings for the rest of 2025 are being taken now. Stay in an circa 1837 Greek Revival Farmhouse on 40 acres with woods and fields. Deer and wildlife abound. Dark Sky. There is a pond on-site and field paths to walk on. The pond is not for swimming!

Full Kitchen with dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc.. King size bed. Sheets and Towels included. Central heat plus a Gas Fired Stove for cold nights. Fiber optic internet service. Roku basic service for 2 TVs. Downstairs only for rent includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 additional spaces. Enclosed Porch.

Near Alfred University and Alfred State College.

Centrally located for all of your WNY Adventures: 10 Minutes to the Alfred Ceramic Museum and 50,000 acres of State Forests for hunting, hiking and Cross country skiing.
20 minutes to Tall Pines ATV Park, Kent Brewery, Wellsville Brewery and Railhead Brewery. 20 minutes to Genesee River Wilds kayak launches and trout fishing.

Less than an hour to Letchworth State Park, Swain Ski Resort, Stony Brook State Park, Rock City Park, Allegany State Park, Finger Lakes Wine tasting and Glenn Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, Corning Historic Gaffer District, Corning Glass Museum Norman Rockwell Museum and Rochester NY places including Strong Museum of Play, Seneca Park Zoo, Genesee Country Museum, George Eastman Museum and more. Buffalo & Niagara Falls is about 2 hours out good for day trip. Then come relax and get away from the bustle and chill out for an extended stay. Need trip planning help send us a note.
