Villa Mediteran is a spacious and airy modern villa with a fabulous 36 sq m pool with sun bathing and dining terraces around. It accommodates up to 22 and its location is perfect, just an easy 70m walk to a pebble beach down a quiet pedestrian only road. On the beach is a pizzeria and cafe bar. The nearest restaurant is 40m away. The nearest shop is 200m from the villa.

The accommodation is set on 3 floors and comprises 3 apartments each with its own large open plan living dining kitchen room that open onto the terraces and balconies that provide both privacy and communal areas for all guests and where lovely seaviews can be appreciated. The villa has lovely Mediterranean gardens with lemon trees, palms and lavender bushes where a guest can sit on the bench and idle away the time.

Enjoy meals on the ground floor dining terrace with its table for 10. Additional seating can be taken from the upper apartments. The villa has a BBQ where you can make special meals grilling local fresh fish and meat.

The first and second floor apartments have large sea facing balconies off the living spaces.

The ground floor apartment has 3 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 shower rooms. In the living room is a double sofabed.

The first floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, plus an additional shower room. In the living room is a sofa.

The top floor has a 3 double bedroom with their own small balconies, one bedroom has an ensuite shower room, plus plus an additional bathroom. In the living room is a double sofa bed.

There are 2 garages and outdoor private parking, suitable for a total of 4 cars. The villa has free WiFi/Internet connection.

Means of access: Getting to the villa is easy by car or by plane.Split airport is a 9 km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Faultless and exceeded our expectations.

The property and pool were immaculate and very well located close (2mins walk) to a pretty beach with nice bars and restaurants. The three linked apartments were all huge and worked very well for grandparents and three families with grandkids from 9 to 23years. Shops were within a short walk. The letting agents were charming and really helpful. Would be very happy to stay again.

Stunning location and property.

We were a large family group ranging from 2 years old to 75. I asked the team if they could recommend a company for a transfer from the airport. We were picked up in 2 minibuses and the driver even took us to check in and collect our keys. This property was wonderful and had everything we needed and more. The photos really don’t show how great it is or how large. The views from the balconies were beautiful. The location is excellent. Everything you need is within walkable distance. There was a Tommy supermarket that had everything we needed to produce some big family meals. There are various bars and restaurants, all reasonably priced (most are cash only). We used the transfer company a couple of times to visit Trogir and Split for days trips. I highly recommend this property to any family looking for a fabulous holiday. The property team are excellent. They reply to any questions really quickly.

Vi var ett sällskap på 18 personer som spenderare en vecka i detta underbara hus. Vi och våra ungdomar uppskattade närheten till stranden, restauranger och affärer . För 9 år sedan hyrde vi samma hus och vi var lika nöjda denna gången . Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Villa Mediteran - leider kleine Mängel

Wir waren mit vier Familien (8 Erwachsene und 9 Kinder (6-14 Jahre) zu Gast in der Villa Mediteran und hatten in Summe eine tolle Woche. Das Haus, mit seinen gesamt drei Wohneinheiten, bot wirklich mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle Personen. Das Highlight ist der schöne große Pool, die tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die gute Lage (nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer mit Badestrand) Das Haus an sich ist auch wirklich schön, allerdings gibt es die folgenden Kritikpunkte: - die Küchen waren leider nicht wirklich sauber, insbesondere die Backöfen (hier speziell die Backbleche) waren noch völlig dreckig und auch das Geschirr war teilweise nicht richtig sauber. - der vorhandenen große Weber Gasgrill war ebenfalls noch komplett dreckig und die Gasflasche leider leer, was wir leider erst direkt zum Start uneres Grillens bemerkt haben. Gott sei Dank hatten wir eine Flasche dabei und am nächsten Tag wurde uns auch sofort eine neue gebracht - die Küchenzeilen in allen drei Wohneinheiten sind ziemlich "abgewohnt" und passen nicht mehr zum Standard einer "Villa". Zudem sind die Spülmaschinen in allen Wohneinheiten lediglich schmale Single-Geräte, was absolut nicht zu einer derart großen möglichen Personenzahl passt. - die Betten sind zwar relativ bequem, haben aber ihren Zenit auch bei weitem überschritten. An den Kopfteilen aus Kunstleder blättert die oberste Schicht - bis auf ein Bett - überall ab und an einem Bett war ein Fuß ausgebrochen. - die Elektrik/Schaltung ist ziemlich konfus, denn man weiß wirklich nicht welcher Schalter was schaltet und leider waren auch einige Lampen defekt, bzw. auch viele Steckdosen komplett ohne Strom. Die genannten Punkte haben wir alle nach Ankunft dokumentiert und an die Agentur übermittelt, sowie bei Rückgabe der Schlüssel nochmals angesprochen. Dafür hat man sich seitens der Agentur natürlich vielmals entschuldigt und angemerkt, dass man ja nochmals einen Putzservice hätte schicken können, dass speziell die Betten sich erst seit diesem Sommer "auflösen" und nach dieser Saison alle erneuert würden... wir würden sagen, dass die aber schon länger "fertig" sind. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber durch die aufgeführten negativen Punkte den Aufenthalt nicht vermiesen lassen und es in Summe doch sehr gemossen!

Villa Mediterian

Such a nice house! Close to the beach, 500 m to local Center. We were 5 families sharing the house togther, large bedrooms - some with toilet/shower and it was great with the pool - great hangaround area for all of us! All familes were very impressed and pleased with the week in the house. We booked the house for summer 2020, but due to covid-19 we postponed. Alison and her collegues have been great to us about this. My communication with them have also been great, quick answers and very helpful. We enjoyed staying at the Villa. Vilket hus! Alla 16 personer hade en underbar vecka. Huset var toppen och servicen var 5-stjärnig. När det var problem så löste det sig blixtsnabbt. Bara en kort enkel backe direkt ner till stranden. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hus. Tusen tack.

Tolle Lage, sauberer Pool, große Küchen + großer Gemeinschaftstisch auf der Pool-Terasse. Insgesamt war alles toll, bis auf ein paar Stellen, die nicht ganz ordentlich geputzt waren.

Rymligt hus med plats för vår stora familj med barn och barnbarn Fin och ren pool. Gott om badlakan. Bra köksutrustning men vi saknade elvisp. Bäddmadrasserna är i hårdaste laget och solsängarna behöver bytas ut. Gaspatronen till grillen var tom när vi kom men det ordnades påfyllning nästa dag. Backen mellan hus och strand är ganska brant och kräver lite ork i benen.

Bildene av leilighet/uteområdet lyver litt..:) Det er større enn det som vises på bildene. Meget bra på alle områder, familievennlig. Skal det være noe å kommentere så kan utegrillen med fordel byttes ut til en større nyere modell eller evt en gassgrill. Med betydelig bruk så er det gått mye tid til forberedelser og renhold, samt at den var noe "godt brukt". En gassgrill hadde vært supert og da fått mat klar mye raskere (15-20 personer som skal ha grillmat så må en grille i flere omganger)

Väldigt fin o ändamålsenlig villa för ett stort gäng

Boendet var utmärkt, med bra rumsfördelning ut fantastiskt trevlig pool. Läget är också utmärkt, med närhet till havet, butiker o restauranger, men ändå med en avskild känsla. Av gänget på 18 personer blev dock 14 magsjuka under veckan eller inom något dygn efteråt. Oklart om det har att göra med mat, vatten, poolvatten eller om det är ett virus vi hade med från Sverige.

We had a very good time

The villa is well-equipped with plenty of room for everyone. Most of the rooms are generously sized. The pool is great and sunloungers, chairs are provided.... We had some problems with electricity but the agency did their best to solve these problems. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach, only 5 minutes walk to nice restaurants, cocktail bars and supermarkets. So our stay was awesome and we had a really good time! Thank you!

Amazing villa

We loved the Villa Mediteran, it was just gorgeous and was situated in a lovely, quiet, unspoilt location. It was well equipped, spotless clean, airy, spacious and was perfectly suited to the fourteen of us who went. The local village had numerous waterfront bars and restaurants, and we were within a minutes walk of the beach. There are several supermarkets and bakeries serving delicious fresh bread and croissants in the local area. The fully air conditioned villa had everything we needed, the pool was great and each floor had its own balconies with fantastic views which were a great place to sit in the evenings. There was a BBQ for us to use and televisions. The villa was split into three levels so although we were all together we were able to have our own privacy when needed. The Dalmatian Property Management who manage the villa were friendly friendly and helpful and answered all our questions via email. We had a lovely relaxing holiday staying at the Villa Mediteran and would thoroughly recommend the villa and the location. We would love to return again in the future.

Fantastisk villa, god beliggenhet og god service!

Vi var 19 personer i en uke. Veldig praktisk med 3 leiligheter. Masse soverom. Masse plass! Deilig pool! Kort vei til flott strand, butikk, havnepromenad, kajakkutleie, cafeer og annet. Villaen har masse rom, er lys og luftig, er ren og i perfekt stand! Anbefales på det varmeste
