Two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, a bathroom with a separate bathtub and a laundry room for added convenience.



Upstairs on the FIRST FLOOR, discover a covered terrace with beautiful views of the valley. A second living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and another fully equipped independent kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each and another with a double bed. This floor is completed with a bathroom with a separate shower.



Enjoy the fresh air in the lovely plot with its 8x4 metre swimming pool, equipped with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The villa also has a built-in barbecue, perfect for those who want to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. With parking space on the same plot for 4 vehicles, you\'ll have the comfort you need.
