Comfortable, excellent location

Comfortable, clean, lots of space and only 15 minutes walk from the centre. Large balcony and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Furniture is a bit tired but quite usable. The kitchen is good enough to cook all your meals.

Apartment in Seville

Plenty of space for all 5 of us. Air conditioning was nice to come back to after a long day of exploring beautiful Seville. We were able to walk to all of the nearby sights and activities without difficulty, but there is plenty of public transportation for those who prefer it. Apartment was clean and conveniently located around the corner from some great churros, gelato and a bar for nightcap. The office was easy to find and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout so we could stay and explore more before our train departed. They have lots of info on what to do in the office as well. Thank you for an amazing stay in Seville!

A lovely little family friendly apartment

The apartment itself was very clean, roomy, and our host was incredibly accommodating. The apartment is within walking distance of most of the important landmarks in the city. Our only complaint is that while every room had an A/C unit, you can usually only run two at a time or the power would shut off. Sevilla can get really hot, so this caused a bit of trouble keeping the place cool during a heatwave.

Excellent apartment in great location

We went to Seville to visit our son who lives there. This apartment was an excellent home base for us. It is a spacious apartment, larger than we needed, but since it was so close to our son's apartment we decided to go with it. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice quality. This would be a fantastic place for a larger travel group. Some of the chairs were a bit more for looks than comfort. The couch was comfortable. There was ample storage space to hang clothes. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Location à éviter

Malgré le bon emplacement pour visiter Séville, cette location souffre d’un manque d’entretien la rendant très inconfortable (volets non opérationnels, porte de douche cassée, manque une télécommande de climatisation pour une chambre, certaines chaises défoncées, débit d’eau très faible dans le WC le rendant inutilisable après une utilisation, porte d’accès au balcon depuis la cuisine inutilisable, etc.)Les équipements de cuisine sont en nombre insuffisant pour 6 personnes (par exemple les couverts étaient au nombre de 5). Le linge de maison n’est pas fourni (torchons, essuie main). Pour notre séjour de 6 jours, uniquement 6 serviettes de toilette étaient fournies de taille moyenne.Le descriptif de l’appartement ne précise pas que la troisième chambre est en enfilade rendant son utilisation moins confortable.Nous avons contacté l’agence à ces sujets. Ils n’ont pas daigné nous répondre.

La ubicación del sitio esta muy bien. El alojamiento es antiguo y algún mobiliario que esta estropeado sobra. Tuve algunos inconvenientes en el contacto con los gestores que luego se pudo solucionar. Para unos pocos días esta bien el sitio.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti presso questa struttura in una buona posizione rispetto al centro. Il problema e’ che le camere da letto sono comunicanti. Il bagnetto di servizio e’ inutilizzabile il lavandino perché non esce acqua dal lavandino. Nel bagno di servizio quello grande invece il bidet non esce acqua.. la casa molto pulita ma con mobili molto ma molto vecchi. Il prezzo e’ molto alto per quello che offre.

El apartamento es bastante antiguo pero tiene los servicios mínimos indispensables. Se escuchan bastante los ruidos de la calle, falta algún cubierto para 6 personas, los colchones se podrían renovar. La ubicación es buena porque está a 15min de la catedral. Tercero con ascensor

Appartement spacieux, agréable (grand balcon...), bien placé et assez calme, qui a du charme : mais relativement vétuste. Vérifier les équipements à l'arrivée (frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas!...). La première chambre d'enfants n'occulte pas. Si voiture prendre parking José Laguillo (Aussa).
