“Playa Blanca” is a luxurious completely renovated and professionally decorated 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms beachfront condo. We have designed this condo with every detail in mind, offering the best and happiest vacation to our guests.

Welcome to our upscale condo on the beach! "Playa Blanca" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 18th floor of the famous Twin Palms beach resort! This unit enjoys beautiful views on an oversized balcony. Playa Blanca also has 1 assigned parking on the second floor by the elevators (there is no street crossing). Our gated secured building facilities include an indoor heated jacuzzi, outdoor lap pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center, gas grills by the pool, spacious covered parking, high-speed elevators, nearby shopping facilities, restaurants, and entertainment locations. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and Walmart. Playa Blanca has wi-fi internet.

With the COVID crisis going on, I am personally ensuring the cleaning process before and after each guest to assure the highest cleanliness standards. The condo is entirely aired out after each guest leaves. I disinfect every high touch surface with hospital-grade alcohol wipes, and every surface is either cleaned with bleach, Lysol, or steamed (floors and fabrics). I do my very best to make sure you have a perfect and safe vacation.

**WE PROVIDE LOTS OF EXTRAS THAT SET US APART!!!!** 65 inch Smart TVs in every room with cable tv, Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, HBO, and Showtime. There is a DVR so you can record your shows and watch them later. Top of the line stainless steel kitchen appliances, Bosch super quiet dishwasher. We have free beach service included (2 lounge chairs and an umbrella set up daily by beach attendants). We also include 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, books, games, and DVDs for your use. Freshly laundered white comforters, white Egyptian combed cotton sheets, crisp and fluffy bath towels, and beach towels provided. If you are worried about nasty mildew smelling sandy carpets... no worries here, we don't have carpet, floors are fully tiled with 4 ft long porcelain. Floors are steamed after each guest leaves. The list goes on and on!!!**

As you walk into the condo, you will notice the spacious living/dining area, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation. All furniture is brand new. The living area features two sofas (no sleeper). We have a 65 inch 4k led flat screen Samsung tv in the living room, a 60 inch 4k led flat screen tv in one master, and a 60 inch 4k led flat screen tv in the second master. All TVs are "smart TVs" so you can watch all of your Amazon content, Netflix, and Hulu while on vacation. We also provide a Blu-ray DVD player and Blu-ray DVDs. If you like to play games while you are vacationing you will have a blast here! Playa Blanca offers the newest and most popular board games and also many games for the pool and beach.
The master bedroom is beachfront, with its own view and entrance onto the balcony. You'll find a brand new luxurious plush king-size mattress. Have you ever wondered if the comforter in your rental condo is clean? As extensive travelers, we've always enjoyed sleeping on crisp, clean linens, and therefore we have provided white duvets that are LAUNDERED AFTER EVERY GUEST!! Master contains a dresser so you can keep your clothing organized while on vacation. The deluxe master bath is spacious with two sinks with quartz countertops and a shower tub combo. We've provided plenty of fluffy towels for your stay. Do you like to sleep in while on vacation? Us too. That's why we've provided blackout curtains on all bedroom windows. All the ceilings have been smoothed and there is no popcorn ceiling or texture.
The rear master bedroom features a king-sized, brand-new memory foam mattress. This room also features a 60-inch flat-screen television and plenty of closet space for your clothing. The bedroom connects to the hall bathroom via a private door. There is a desk with an office chair in this bedroom for those who work remotely or who like to sit comfortably while working on the computer. This bedroom has a beautiful bay view too.

We have brand new high-end chef appliances and have stocked our kitchen with anything you might need during your stay. We provide starter packs of dish detergent, automatic dish soap, and paper towels. You'll find plenty of pots and pans, casserole dishes, coffee makers (Keurig and drip coffee), blender, tea kettle, Crock-Pot, Kitchen Aid mixer, and kitchen utensils. We love to cook so when we designed the kitchen we tried to use the space efficiently. No need to bend to get a pot or pan, every cabinet has a lazy Susan, a pull-out, or a drawer. We provide fine glassware and entertaining plates, platters, and bowls. The view while you are in the kitchen is breathtaking. We have a huge quartz countertop with designer stools to sit on. Our kitchen has been completely remodeled, with new cabinets, countertops, a deep sink, and high-end appliances.

Our unit has a new stackable washer and dryer which is a must for packing light! Don't you hate having to lug dozens of beach towels to use while at the beach? At our condo, WE PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS FOR YOUR USE.

Enjoy an outside meal on our giant balcony, or maybe some stargazing at night with a wonderful star-watching guide and binoculars that we provide. If you decide to go for a nighttime stroll on the beach, we have the flashlights too. A pair of great binoculars are waiting for you here; it's so much fun to spot a dolphin or to watch up close what is going on down at the beach!

Cleanliness is my top priority. I am an allergy sufferer so I make sure my place is as clean as possible. We have a dehumidifier that prevents musty smells. All floors are tiled so you won’t have to worry about nasty carpets. Leave your Clorox wipes at home.

Playa Blanca has a "No outside shoes policy". To provide the utmost cleanliness for our guests, we have adopted a "no shoes" policy in our home. For your comfort and ease, we are happy to provide you with your own pair of slippers if you request it, otherwise, you can bring your indoor shoes.

Playa Blanca is a place that was created thinking of a vacationer's travel needs ahead of time. We have put our heart and soul into designing and creating a very memorable experience for our guests. We do our best to personally greet our guests upon check-in.

So where do I even start, y'all. Dani is the best. We genuinely became friends over the week we stayed at her (sparkling clean and sanitized within an inch of its life filled with every possible essential and anything you could ever even *think* you might need) condo. Some highlights: -- The location is perfect and you have a completely unobstructed view of the Gulf. -- The building isn't enormous, so even for a holiday week, there was no way for it to become overcrowded. -- It's quiet, even given the time we were there. The beach was busy but never packed. -- The decor is just lovely. I may have squealed when I walked in the door the first time. Dani is an interior designer and couture travel designer and you can tell in every thoughtful detail. -- Your visit will be personalized. Just believe me. For instance, she knew we were visiting for a COVID-cation after my partner's 40th birthday trip to Spain was canceled. And we arrived to the CUTEST decorations, all Spanish-influenced, and a sweet gift basket of Spanish foods. -- As I mentioned above, it's the CLEANEST PLACE EVER. And I'd prefer if any future visitors treated it with the care she does so we can come back to the same atmosphere. ;) Even given the pandemic, I felt very, very safe in her building, and especially in her condo. We are still practicing social distancing which means we didn't venture out other than to the beach a few times once it cleared out, and to pick up take-out for dinner. If you need a break from being in your own house, but still don't want to be out and about, this is a GREAT way to go; the views are incredible and Dani's place is spectacular. You will not be disappointed!
