Fantastic OceanFront Condo at Grande Cayman Resort

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry you were disappointed with my condo, but I ususally get 5 star reviews and lots of compliments. I don't understand your complaints. Two days after you checked in, you contacted me about a wet carpet and possible leak. My repairman came and could not find any leaks from the dishwasher or kitchen sink. He even pulled up the carpet and removed some baseboards to show you there was nothing wet. He was using the kitchen faucet consistently during this time trying to find a leak, and saw no issues. He came to the conclusion that it may have been due to a cooler sitting there and leaking/spilling. Since I did not see your review mentioning the broken kitchen faucet until after my next renters check-in, I had not sent my repairman back to fix the faucet. As soon as I read it, I called them to apologize, and let them know I would send someone immediately. They said there was nothing wrong with the faucet and it was working just fine. I've had no complaints since.

I’m sorry you were unhappy with your stay, but we knew that this review was coming, since you said if I didn’t refund some of your money you would write a bad review. In response to your issues: First, you arrived five hours early. I told you that you were welcome to use the pools, and I would notify you as soon as the condo was ready. You went up to the room anyway and arrived before my housekeeper even arrived. You did leave for a little while but came back and rushed her out. If there were not extra supplies there, it’s because you rushed her out before she finished. You should note that I do not supply paper supplies for the week, just starter supplies. Second, No one has ever complained about my condo not being cleaned. Just the opposite! I already have several renters who enjoyed my condo so much, they have already booked for next year. My housekeeper does an excellent job! No one has ever complained about roaches. The previous renters did not see any roaches. My housekeeper did not see any evidence of roaches, but we arranged for the exterminator to come. You texted me in the middle of the night (12:32 am Sunday) to complain about the roaches and how much money you had paid (hint that you wanted a partial refund). You sent me 27 texts during the week about several issues, including the fact that you did not have daily maid cleaning with a change of sheets. No, I do not supply daily maid service. Even the resorts do not come into the units to clean during your stay. Maybe you should try a hotel next time. You said there were 5 of you – 3 adults and 2 children – You received 10 sets of towels. I responded quickly and politely to all 27 texts from you, except for the last one on Friday night before you left, where you stated we had to talk in the morning about a partial refund or you were contacting VRBO. I did not respond, and you did not call. I want other owners to be aware of your tactics.
