Enjoy your coffee in the morning from the main bedroom or from the table while you watch the sunrise. Your vacation awaits you!

PARKING: Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed at this rental property. Free parking is limited to 2 vehicles and the parking pass must be displayed in the window at all times. There are no refunds for parking restrictions at this rental property during your stay.

WEATHER: There are no refunds for inclement weather unless evacuation is ordered. In the event of such an evacuation order, the renter is still financially responsible for all rental days that the evacuation does not cover. For example, if an evacuation is ordered for the fourth day of your visit, you are still responsible for the other 3 days of your one-week rental (regardless of weather conditions). July Family Getaway

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty to do at the resort for the whole family whether you wanted to socialize at the pool or relax on the beach. The place came with beach essentials which was nice and the view is spectacular.

Perfect place for families. From fluffy floor pillows for the kids to high end appliances in the kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Cozy seating in the living room and the wall to wall windows allowed us to enjoy the ocean 24 hrs a day. The owners responded within minutes to answer our questions before and during our stay. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Enjoyed a long stay. Up every morning to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the couch. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the beach is an elevator ride away. The owner was excellent to work with.

The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. Nice location, the beds are comfortable, large windows and glass sliding doors provide awesome views from inside the condo. The host (Mike) is excellent and very accomodating. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. We highly recommend!

Myrtle Beach

Great place and beautiful location. My wife enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Mike was very accommodating and had many amenities for us to use, including beach chairs and towels. The place was clean and Mike contacted me earlier on our day of check in at 1:30 to tell us the room was ready, which my family and I appreciated. When we are back in Myrtle Beach, this is where we hope to stay again. Thank you Mike for a great week of hospitality.

Great stay!

Convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. One of the pools, hot tubs and a lazy river was inaccessible due to construction/repair, but there are many others to enjoy at this resort. Easy access to the beach. Close to the great places Myrtle Beach has to offer as well a Walmart and the Outlets were about 5 min away. Felt very much like a home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality, Mike!

Week of waves

Brought my family here for the first time for a dance competition week and being right on the beach and having access to everything made it possible to enjoy our downtime to the fullest. Great location space for teens and adults comfortable accommodations and plenty to enjoy. Amazing views morning and night. Totally recommend and will come again. Host even left a lovely welcome note and bottle of wine. Nice touch

Absolutely AMAZING!!

We love Myrtle Beach and this place made us love it even more!! The photos on the listing don't do this place justice though. We have never had more incredible views of the ocean and Myrtle Beach's beautiful sunrise. Aside from the views, the owners have thought of everything. It is truly like a home away from home. Simply Amazing

The condominium was the perfect getaway. The kids loved the beach. We golfed and walked the shops as well as enjoyed the local restaurants. We will definitely book that same condominium again. The rooms were beautifully furnished the house was well stocked the PH view was perfect and the Ocean was beautiful. When we left I made sure the PH was as clean as when we arrived. Great Week!

My family had a great time and really enjoyed the resort. The unit was clean, fully equipped, and beautifully appointed. Plenty of towels and kitchen-ware were available. Complimentary shower soaps and wash were a nice touch in each bathroom. We would definitely rent from Mike again. The sweetest touch was the ‘sand dollar’ memory jar for renters to leave a note or name a date behind. Thanks for a great week!
