It was a real pleasure to work with the owners of the property. They were very helpful and responsive to issues that came up during our 6.5 month stay. Having owners nearby is extremely helpful when problems arise.
The bedrooms and the associated closets are large for the size of the unit. The kitchen is small and very well-furnished; two people can't work in it simultaneously.
We enjoyed being within walking distance of downtown Dunedin, the public library, Blue Jays arena, various restaurants and bars, and views of the Gulf. The Dunedin Community Center has a low-cost and well-furnished gym that is a great alternative to the very modest facilities in the development where the unit is located.
It was a great location. So easy to get to so many things, shopping, beaches, horse racing, lots of festivals, golfing.
Great walking community. Golfing in this area was very inexpensive.
We stayed here while waiting for our home to be finished. Love the area, the town, and all the restaurants within walking distance. Has the opportunity to go to one of the local baseball games as well as see some great fireworks. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely condo situated in perfect location. Quaint shops, fabulous restaurants, and the water all within walking distance! The owners were extremely attentive in making our stay a fabulous one.
WE LOVED OUR STAY AT VICTORIA PALMS. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH COOKING ITEMS COFFEE MAKER TO BLENDER. THE LOCATION TO DOWNTOWN AND THE BIKE TRAIL WAS PERFECT. HAD A WONDERFUL STAY.
THANKS, LORI AND LENNY
The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The location is great and the price even better. Beautiful green space accessed via a private patio. Comfortable bed, just too small. Only 2 love seats in living room, no regular size sofa. My husband is 6’2” and couldn’t relax on a small loveseat.
The listing should include the damp rid buckets and hanging things in every closet and bathroom. The musty mildew smell was incredibly hard to live with. The smell followed me out on my clothes. Embarrassing.
The a/c unit sounds like a jet plane
(Part of the mildew problem I’m sure) so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The kitchen could really use a nice set of pots and pans and a decent drip coffee machine. Spent A LOT on Starbucks during our stay. And bring ANT & Mosquito spray. Yard guard if you plan to use the patio and green space. Price & location were our motivating factors so we expected a few hiccups. Due to the smell and ants, I can’t say we would stay here again. All things I’m sure the wonderful owners can look into fixing.
This was our second January in this charming condo. As usual, everything was perfect. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay and we’re already looking forward to our return visit next year.

Great location. Immaculate.
So easy to access and private location in the condo development, near the entry gate. More than enough space for single person and also for additional renters. The walk-in closet was a nice surprise. Thee is a keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker for larger quantities than the single serve.
Immaculate - tile floors throughout which are pet proof. Easy to get attention to any problems as the Victoria Palms property manager also manager of this unit. Only change would be to add a second television in one of the bedrooms, preferably the master. Thanks for your help with scheduling. Gail Tuschak

We could not have been more pleased with our stay.
The property owners couldn’t be nicer and more attentive. The condo is updated and fresh. The property location is ideal. It’s tucked into a neighborhood and a perfect distance from downtown, removed from activity but a very nice walk to the heart of Dunedin. The town of Dunedin is a hidden gem, one of the few towns left that has unobstructed views of the water from parkways and streets plus a charming downtown with lots of eateries and shops. Can’t wait to return.

Great Stay
House is clean and well preserved. Not only that the facility is well equipped, but the owner is also generous to stock it with amenities... location of the home is quite convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors were around, also Sarah and Steve the managers of the compound are exceptionally friendly and added to the overall great experience!

***AMAZING*** Hidden Gem Within Minutes to St. Pete/Clearwater beaches!
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The rental was about 10 minutes to Cleveland St in downtown Clearwater and 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach, the #1 rated beach in America! Just a short bike/walk to Edgewater Drive which has a trail running along the coastline. What we fell in love with though was the community of Dunedin. Small town feel with lots of shopping and dining that is a short drive, bike, or walk. For dining, I highly recommend the Clear Sky Draught Haus, the Lucky Lobster Co., and Thai Town. The Kiwanis Spray Ground provided a kid friendly splash pad and park which offered a safe (and inexpensive) place for our kids.
My family and I have used several rental sites for vacationing in the past and, when a career move brought us to Clearwater, we turned to VRBO for a long term rental while we closed on our house. Of all of our rental experiences, this was by far the best owner interaction we have experienced. As expected, Lenny provided very helpful information while we transitioned. What set this owner apart was his quick response to a a problem with the dryer (not his fault, brand new and under warranty). He took a hands on approach and consistently communicated throughout the process and, within 12 hours, the problem was resolved. Incredible owner/tenant response!! Gated community with courteous tenants and a friendly grounds keeper that always made us feel like we were long-term residents.
If we didn't live here now, we would definitely rent again!!

Great Duedin location
After living in the area for over 18 years and knowing Dunedin quite well, we jumped at the chance to secure this 2 bed, 2 bath condo on the main level. Dunedin is a short walk to many shops, restaurants and brewery’s. If you are wanting some of the best BarBQ in Florida, you have to try Eli’s, 360 Skinner Blvd. at the corner of the Pinellas Trail. Outdoor dining or take out, open Friday and Saturday only, closes when the BarBQ is gone. Opens at 11 am, closes around 6pm.
