The property was wonderful, clean, quiet, meticulously kept property, wonderful host, close to everything, ice cold air and comfortable bed. Very cozy and quiet. Stayed a month to help my dad 5 miles away. You need your own space away from others to regenerate your energy after working all day renovating plus working remotely. The weather was hot n humid as expected and rain sometimes daily a 1 hour but thats expected. Will be back again in Nov and Dec 2026

Very nice and clean. Personally, I didn’t use the kitchenette, but it was available and nicely laid out. The bathroom was larger than expected. There was adequate closet space if needed. The patio area would be perfect for an evening in if a couple decided to stay in. Overall, it was great for what I needed: a couple of days of job shadowing at the hospital in Tampa and a couple of beach days in Clearwater. I would definitely rent again if it’s available before I move down here!
