NEW KING WALL BED!! Romantic lakefront studio condominium on Payette Lake. 3rd level end unit condo with gorgeous lake view. Full kitchen, breakfast bar, and lakefront patio. 43" smart TV with YouTube TV and your accounts. Community gas grill for meal preparation (Summer only). Heated swimming pool (Summer only) and beach access. Cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days and nights. Close to town! Community Laundry Room located by gas grill and picnic table. There is a 2 person maximum for this unit. Strict rules of the Timberlake HOA do not allow guests to invite family or friends over to use the facility. This allows for a more intimate and enjoyable experience for renters and owners, alike.

We had a fabulous time in this Timberlake condo. The location is ideal for lake activities and short walks to town or nearby Ponderosa State Park. The condo is well supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay on the lake. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and Bob and Cheri are welcoming hosts. We will stay here again.

Lovely Condo on the Lake

Immaculate and comfortable condo and property - nearby but far enough away from the activity of the town. Very quiet, beautiful view of Payette Lake. Murphy bed is very comfortable but may be a consideration for some. We would not hesitate to book again!

Lovely stay as always! Timberlake has always been a favorite of ours and this condo ranks as one of the best! It is open and airy with large trees to shade it from the evening sun. The views are spectacular! We love the work that has been put in to update this condo and the comfy king size murphy bed is a a huge bonus! Lucky us... we got to witness a pretty spectacular sunset!
