Hosting two bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin, this property can sleep a total of two guests. The first floor is finished with a shower room, with an additional shower room resting on the ground floor. The interior is complete with a kitchen/dining room with a gas stove and a sitting room featuring an electric fire. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a gravelled area and an outdoor dining space. Roadside parking is available for guests. Hawthorne Cottage is a splendid dwelling for a relaxing retreat to Durham. Please note that building work is ongoing at the property next door; the noise is minimal, and they are aware they are to keep it to a minimum.
