A/C was not functional during our 40 deg C+ stay.
Property manager always replied promptly, however they took little action to rectify issues. Property manager initially told us A/C was working we just had to let it work. It never worked, could not sleep due to heat.
Items that were listed in property desc not there. No coffee maker, no kettle, no key to safe, no padding on ironing board, no iron.
We finally asked to be moved to another appt, which they did. Appt was much smaller, but at least AC worked, they did not credit us anything for moving to smaller unit, nor for inconvenience. Items also missing from second unit, but safe key was there. WIFI in second unit was not working, was told it was a paid option, which they waived for the inconvenience. (WIFI was included on larger unit)
What made it even more frustrating, only after we left larger appt did they call the AC service technician to repair the unit. They could have done that on day 1 with us!
In summary, not impressed and would not stay there again.
