Villa is very comfortable and beautiful, with nice pool and outdoor zone. It is well equipped, even has a wine fridge. Villa is situated in a calm neighborhood, nice bakery is 5 minutes walk with exquisite french pastries, 15 minutes to a nearest grocery shop and to the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful. We spent a wonderful week there and would definitely like to return, highly recommended for a comfortable family vacation.

Séjour parfait !

Tres belle maison design, très bien équipée et très agréable. Propreté irréprochable et service impeccable. La maison est située à l’entrée du village, prés de tout. Enfin son propriétaire est super accueillant et très pro. Merci pour tout ;-)

Wunderschönes Haus in St. Marie de Ré

Wir hatten einen spitzenmäßigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, sehr modernen Haus. Es war wirklich ein Traum. Alles war so, wie auf den Photos. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

MAGIQUE !

La propriété a été pensé dans les moindres détails. Chaque élément, chaque objet sont en harmonie, représentant un ensemble fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre, où l’on sent la « touche » du décorateur/designer professionnel, en l’occurrence le propriétaire en personne, qui a été parfaitement disponible tout au long de notre séjour de 15 jours. Sans oublier Laura et Vanessa (IAD Conciergerie), pour nous accueillir de façon chaleureuse et professionnelle. Bref, un sans faute pour cette propriété magique, située dans un cadre idyllique, à savoir l’île de Ré. On a envie de revenir au plus vite ! Denis Charamnac and family

Magnifique villa à Sainte-Marie

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa décorée avec goût. Entre tradition et modernité, et seulement à quelques minutes à vélo et à pied du centre de Sainte-Marie, c’était le lieu parfait pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

c'est une maison où l'on se sent bien , la déco est belle et sobre ,c'est très calme il ne manque rien au niveau équipement et produits de base. délicate attention avec les boisson de bienvenue . je recommande cette location.
