Each comes with a king-size bed, a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower, a flat TV screen with satellite channels, air-conditioning, and a balcony with a sitting area from which you can admire mesmerizing park view abounding in greenery.
Perfectly furnished modern kitchens in separate parts of the villa offer top quality appliances. The interior of the kitchen and the living room is very modern with clean lines, with dark colors prevailing. The sitting room has angled furniture, armchairs, a fireplace and is connected to the terrace with the heated pool.

Two big heated infinity pools of 36 m2 are in front of both houses, bathed in sun, and surrounded with sun chairs and big dining tables.
