Villa Neroli is designed to make you feel good, relaxed and secured. A touch of luxury, simply for a change on your holiday. Villa Neroli is located in the small town of Svetvincenat, one of the Istrian pearls. This spacious town house, which dates back to 18th century, is now equipped with all amenities: Floor heater, air-conditioner (cool and hot), fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, satellite television, swimming pool etc. The villa Neroli is generous spatially and in the materials used: Terracotta-floors, with old stone-paved courtyard, swimming pool with beach made of hardwood... The 2.5 m high stone walls ensure privacy of the courtyard and swimming pool.
