Great

Great location, lovely flat, excellent communication with the managers. Easy check-in process. Very accommodating owner who has happy for a late check out and for us to store our bags all day. Only minor issue was that the kitchen smelt quite badly of drains but we kept the kitchen door shut the whole time which contained it. Overall a lovely stay.

Terrible Odor

The apartment had a terrible moldy odor in the kitchen from a closet with cleaning supplies and a mop. there was automatic deodorizer that made the smell even worse. The management company sent someone over two days later and the smell was still there. We did not use the kitchen due to the smell. It made us all nauseous. The barroom had mold in several areas that could have been easily cleaned. The beds were comfortable.

Dear Margaret, Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about the discomfort caused during your stay. We take all comments seriously and regret that the odor in the kitchen affected your experience. While our team did respond and visit the property shortly after being informed, we understand that the issue persisted and that the automatic deodorizer may have made things worse. We will reassess the cleaning storage area and improve our approach to ensure this doesn't happen again. Regarding the bathroom, we appreciate you pointing out the presence of mold in certain areas — this should have been addressed more thoroughly prior to your arrival, and we’re reinforcing our cleaning standards with the team. On a positive note, we’re glad to hear you found the beds comfortable, and we hope that part of your stay was restful. We value your feedback and will use it to improve future guest experiences. Kind regards, Priority Villas

Fantastic location

Fantastic location. Very smooth check in, the key pads work really well and mean you don't need to take your flat keys to the beach with you. Close to parking, shops, restaurants. It can get a bit stuffy so I would use the fan from the bedroom in the living room as well.
