Fabulous location, lovely restaurants near by. Very close to the royal palace, cathedral and the old town. The apartment feels very safe and the hosts were very responsive and helpful . Everything was spotless and was well equipped for 6 people. We had a wonderful few days.

Fantastic apartment, great location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern apartment. The communication with the agency was great and they took very good care of us, also checking during our stay if everything was ok. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed, it was super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The area around the apartment is great is well, lots of restaurants, shops and the harbour nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

Spacious flat in the perfect location!

We stayed 6 nights here during New Year’s Eve and the flat couldn’t have been in a better location! 5 minutes walk to the cathedral with so many restaurants and shops all around. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. We were traveling with 2 young children and elder parents, and the place slept 6 comfortably. Communications and check-in with the host was very smooth, we had a late evening flight out and was able to keep our bags and suitcases in the flat until the evening. I would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Gut war der vorhandene Aufzug im Gebäude.

Clean well equipped apartment in perfect location

We took our two grown up children and partners for a special long weekend to celebrate our 30 th wedding anniversary. This apartment provided us with an excellent base to explore one of our favourite city resorts. Being "foodies",staying in La Llotja allowed us to rediscover old favourite haunts in the old town and close enough to discover new edgier parts of the city. The apartment was well equipped enough for our professional chef son to cook us a fabulous meal from ingredients sought from nearby markets. We also discovered an amazing vegan restaurant in Born. Ofcourse we had to visit the beach and swim in the sea,anima beach bar helped us survive the hot September weather with welcome refreshments!!! Big thanks to Naika and Noemi at homeaway who kept us informed of the arrangements and organised for us to have a late check out.
