Amazing location!

Right in the center of everything, this beautiful apartment had everything we needed - including an incredible outdoor patio to enjoy meals and a view! Clean, great support, safe, it had it all!

Stunning Apartment!

Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the City. Great location close to some very nice bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back!

Unique property

We loved our stay. Close to restaurants, bars and amenities. Spectacular views from spectacular balcony. Great fun watching tourists taking pictures of us on the balcony!! (Historical building). Reminder for persons with mobility issues that the unit is over 2 floors and both bathrooms are on the lower floors with the bedrooms. Fabulous

Great apartment

Great apartment, right in the centre of the city. All very clean, plenty big enough for 3, spacious terrace and super aircon. Only issue was having no Internet although host offerred to fix it on the last day. This also meant there was no tv, which didn't bother us, but not having wifi was a real pain. Would recommend

Location, Location, Location!

We loved our recent stay at the Penthouse L'Aguila in Palma! Our expectations were high based on the photos and the amenities listed and we were not disappointed. The location made for an easy walk to all the sites in Old Town Palma we had planned to visit and we were able to park our car within a few minutes walk from the apartment for easy day trips outside of Palma.One minor suggestion for the hosts would be to provide the directions for using the washer/dryer. All other pertinent directions for the apartment were provided but these were not, and it was not intuitive how to correctly use the machine.

Great location with panoramic view

We could not have asked for a better host and a better 2 bedroom and 2 bath to stay. The mattresses were very comfortable and the flat had everything you need. We especially enjoyed the views from almost every room. We sat on the terrace overlooking the city view with a glass of wine. The bakery in the next building was great for breakfast and sandwiches. A Nespresso machine in the kitchen was also provided with plenty of coffee. Gaston was there to help us check in, park and carry our luggage to the elevator. We will definitely return soon and rent this flat again. We rented a second flat for my sister and brother-in-law from Germany. They too had a nice flat, deck, elevator, location with only a 10 minute walk to our flat. Thank you, Carlos and Gaston for a fabulous stay in Mallorca.

Lage: Perfekt. Aber auch trubelig nachts. Und leider entstand im Haus und in der Wohnung immer ein unangenehmer Geruch, das Wetter war nicht zu heiß, sodass wir dauerhaft lüften konnten. Und der Fahrstuhl in der Wohnung macht natürlich auch Geräusche, wenn andere ihn benutzen. Ansonsten: sehr zu empfehlen

Gerne wieder

Die schöne Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Palma und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man sehr viele Sonnenstunden genießen. Wir haben uns auch Dank der sehr guten Betreuung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Lovely property in middle of old town Mallorca

wonderful property, beautiful view from penthouse terrace; check in with noemi was easy and she was readily accessible if we had any questions; really cool to have your access to the property by keyed elevator; kitchen could have used a few more pans (sheet pan), but otherwise we had a great stay!

Very nice views

The apartment offers very nice views over the city! The location is perfect if you want to explore the city center. The penthouse is very modern and offers everything for a nice weekend stay! The communication with the host was easy and very flexible. Recommendation!

Great location and everything that you would need for a pleasant stay

We had a great time in Palma and the apartment was located centrally which gave easy access to the beautiful old town as well as the train and bus stations. The apartment has everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Also quick and responsive communication from Carlos made things very easy.

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Palma

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Blick von der Terrasse über die Dächer von Palma war genial. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Dass das 2. Schlafzimmer etwas klein war, hat nicht wirklich eine Rolle gespielt.
