Welcome to your dream vacation spot! Enjoy a premium oceanfront experience in our Gulf-front, 2nd Floor, Windsong condominium at Splash, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Your rental includes a seasonal set of beach chairs and an umbrella (March–October).

• Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am (Central Time).
• Taxes: State, County and City taxes are not included in rental rates.
• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• Payment: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Very clean, loved having 2 bedrooms with balconies, furnished very well, beds were all very comfortable. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. Nice to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided. Having a large corner balcony was very nice.

Extremely nice condo. Unbeatable location, clean comfortable and spacious, great beds, extremely well stocked kitchen. The entire unit is top grade and perfectly maintained. I have stayed near 100 vacation properties and this is in my top 5: ever. The host is responsive and very helpful. I, certainly, can go on and on about how wonderful this rental is. Perfection.

The rental was exactly as pictured! It was very clean and beautiful. We had two adults, an 8 year old and a 1 year old and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great Condo

We stay at this unit this past weekend with 4 adults and one 4 year old. The unit was excellent! It was very spacious, roomy and clean. The balcony was so nice and the view was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator took a while to get cold after putting our groceries up but didn’t give us any problems after that. It’s a wonderful 2 king suite unit with plenty of room. We loved it.

All went well. Condo as described. Did have an issue with the code getting in the door. We did enter the code as instructed and tried to reach the home owner for about 20 mins and finally got in. We did not enter prior to check in. Would stay again

Great for little kids

Awesome stay for adults and our youngest (4 and 6). The middle teens (14, 18, 19) struggled a little. Love Alvin's Island across the street and staying on a lower level is KEY to fighting the elevator struggles.

Excellent stay!

This condominium was PERFECT! We had 4 children with us and adults. I couldn’t have asked for any better. The room in the condo was perfect. We enjoyed family time and playing games, cooking, and watching TV! The Mason’s were wonderful with answering any questions we had! I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there again next year!

It’s the Beach!! Mostly positive feedback

The overall stay was very nice. We had plenty of room. The place needs kitchen and furniture updates . the resort could definitely benefit from a ramp to tote beach stuff on the carts to the beach the check in and out from the building due to the elevators could be a hassle . We spend most of our time at the beach we had a great time !!

Great time at Splash

We stayed here with 2 families, 8 people total. We had plenty of room and the condo was convenient to everything. One elevator was out of order so the other elevator was busy and slow. Luckily this condo was right on the second floor so you could easily opt for the stairs.

Check in was very easy… arrived later than check in so went down the next morning and paid for parking and got pool passes… condo was just ok…not very clean ( no i didn’t report) should have been done first time. bathroom sink backed up.. maintenance fixed promptly.. dishwasher broken reported on day 2 when it was discovered and owner did not respond but maintenance came on day 5 and said “yeah there’s no power to it, they will have to buy a new one… owner responded morning of check out and said “had to order new dishwasher”. Resort overall needs an update.. pictures on line are definitely not what you should expect to see… nobody follows rules at splash pad/ pool areas and staff do nothing about it…beach access was good, beach chairs good, umbrellas were broken and rusted… 1 set was provided but we needed 2 and it was 60 for a day for rental of 2 chairs and a broken umbrella.

Better cleaning!!

The layout of the room was beautiful. However, the cleanness was DISGUSTING! Dirt was everywhere, the shower had dirt and hair, bed has dirt, floor looked like it hasn’t been swept for weeks. Dishes where dirty, underneath the couch had crumbs, sand everywhere. Both Shower doors wouldn’t close, holes where in bathtubs, holes in the door, mold all over the bathroom celling. I’m very disappointed to spend all the money towards cleaning fee, and to have the room look like it was never cleaned.

Great Condo and Resort, well maintained and clean, great 2nd floor location, terrific view

This was our second time spending the winter months at Splash. Splash is a great resort, common areas are well maintained and clean, two out door heated pools and located right on the beach. We rented the condo for 2.5 months, it was in excellent condition, clean and well provisioned, furniture and bedding were clean and in good condition. Spacious condo with two ocean front bedrooms. The second floor location was great with a large deck to enjoy the beach and gulf view. A great winter with some of the best weather we have had in PCB for that time period. We did have a few cool days where we needed heat but the furnace did not work. We contacted the owners and they said they would contact maintenance to fix the problem but no one came to fix it. If you you're looking for a nice condo we highly recommend this one!
