The accommodations were pristine, offering exceptional views. The "waterpark" was ideal, especially since the ocean conditions weren't favorable during our visit, prompting us to spend a significant amount of time in the pools. The staff was incredibly friendly and remarkably helpful. Additionally, the on-site shop had delightful iced coffee and donuts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, especially for those with young children!

Property good, elevators not good

The property was great. The toddler with us enjoyed the splash area and the lazy river. The 2 builds are over 20 stories and only had 2 elevators per building, so we often had to wait a while to get on one. We prefer something a little smaller.

Family Get away

Unfortunately, we don't supply railings for adult sized beds (in this case 2 kings) however we do have lots of properties that have bunk beds with very low bottom bunks in twin size perfect for your little ones.

Great place to stay with children

Splash is a great Resort to bring children to. They really enjoy the choice of two pools, a lazy river, splash pad and even a 2 slide area that includes a giant water bucket. There is even a small arcade on premises. The unit was clean and the only issue was with the smoke detectors. They went off about 10 min after arriving. Lonnie, the maintenance guy, showed up jimmy johns quick and got things resolved. There was no fire of course. The rest of our stay was great and we would book this unit again.

PCB vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean and beautiful!! The second bedroom king bed frame was falling apart. Luckily our kids were small and it didn't affect their sleep. The pools/splash pad are supposed to be heated but were cold. The one pool did warm up with the sun for the second half of the day. Somewhat slow elevators, but that comes with any resort. The free beach service provided and the staff at Splash were great! My family overrall had a great time!

2023 Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, however this property needs some work. Old decor (mounted fish from 1968), saggy furniture with no toss pillows. Called for maintenance twice, once they called us to tell us there was a leak affecting condo below. Master bathtub filled up about 6 in. Plunging did nothing. It drained on its own 10 hr later. Mildew around tub. Shortage of silverware: only 1 teaspoon. Were there last year and knew we needed to take kitchen utensils this year.

The bedframe causing the sagging has been fixed, and the clog in the master bathtub and the mildew around the tub has been removed. I'm happy to report there are 6 spoons, 6 steak knives, 8 butter knives, 8 adult LG forks, 4 small forks. I hope you have a better experience on your next vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The start of my review is for the Resort itself. I wouldn't call it a resort. It's condos with a splash pad.(that we'll get into). The exterior seems to have been somewhat freshened up recently. Some areas such as public restrooms and on site restaurant not so much. We did have issues with the elevators, waiting for long periods, only 2 for 21 floors seems inadequate. Saturday and Sundays were the worst.Parking was inconvenient as it sits across the main road with a walkaway crossing it to main lobby. There are luggage carts to help ease the load. There is a public beach entrance in the middle of the east and west towers, same entrance in which you use as a resort guest. This stay included beach service(umbrella and two loungers)which is a plus. Now for the water park and pool features. Huge disappointment. I feel there is some false advertisement from Splash itself. The lazy river has some jets on the floor that barely blow. It's a floating circle. The splash pad was literally deteriorating. The frog sprayer barely spit water out and was missing chunks of its ears and the floor fountains were all clogged with sand preventing them from spraying. The water park is a big dumping bucket with a play zone for 13 and younger. Not what I would call a Waterpark. It's more of a public pool accessory. Wrist bands are required for pool and access to fitness room(we didn't even check it out). No one once asked to see my wrist band and I seen plenty of adults in the Resort pool not wearing one. The food at the on site restaurant was good but priced high. Staff were pleasant and helpful when needed.Now for the condo itself. I would recommend upgrading furniture throughout. It all seems very dated and worn. The kitchen being stocked I would not consider fully stocked. It lacks enough cups, plates, and silverware for a family of 4. Appliances are nothing special, just that, appliances. Linens and towels are dated as well and could use an upgrade. Overall, I would n

Very happy to see you gave us a great rating and that the condo was clean. Disappointed we did not receive notice that the condo was not stocked enough with cups, plates. Not one call from the guest during your stay - no reporting or requesting anything and we are open 7 days a week and have an afterhours answering service. We will look into. Don't typically receive complaints about the elevators and or the facilities at Splash so this is different. This condo is marketed and priced accordingly, no surprises. MOLD

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in and at first, was very happy with the rental. However, that night before going to bed, something on the top vent in the living room caught my eye. I got my husband to pull over a chair so he could look at it at eye level. It was mold. The entire vent cover had mold ALL over it. I don’t know how nobody else had noticed it before our stay, it was so much that it had to have been growing for quite a while. As soon as I woke the next morning (9am), I called and spoke with a not-so-friendly woman to put in a maintenance request. A man got there sometime between 2:30-3pm. He walked in, asked what vent, and before even looking at it, he immediately told me it was probably just “dust”.I told him no, it was mold. And, explained how we already pulled a chair up there to look at it. He then got a spray bottle, of what I’m assuming was bleach, and a paint brush???. He sprays and brushes for about 5 minutes, doesn’t even remove the cover to wipe it thoroughly. After the mold not coming off, he said someone would come with a replacement cover. Well, nobody came. Nobody called. I tried calling back that evening and no answer. I stopped trying to get in touch with anyone because I had spent the entire day waiting for someone to come, like he said. I wasn’t wasting anymore of my vacation on a matter that clearly wasn’t going to be resolved. It was apparent that we would have to just deal with the mold. For any person, mold is very unsafe. I had a 5 y/o and 1 y/o staying there. The lack of concern over health and safety is truly disturbing. Over the next 4 days, we never received a call, a resolution, compensation, apology, nothing. Had, the mold not been there, or had it been taken care of- this would be a completely different review. I would not stay in this unit again, and I wouldn’t recommend the unit to anyone, due to the health hazards.

So obviously we love this location mainly for the “water park” on the ground floor. This was a first stay at 606W. It was a great 2 bedroom condo that was well stocked with essentials. Plenty of pots/pans/plates/glasses/etc. were in the kitchen. There were also 2 blenders and a coffee maker. A chair rental was included when we booked this condo which we reserved at the beach booth when we first arrived to get a “front row” spot. They did not have extra beach toys at the condo like some condos do but we always bring our own so that was fine with us. Overall we would definitely book this condo again for our family.
