Child+dog friendly holiday home with a spacious garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Groups / young people <25 years are unfortunately not allowed in this holiday home.
Maximum 2 dogs allowed in this holiday home fee 35 euros per dog.
Rent of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot.
Renting towels is optional, costs 10 euros per set of two towels. Please notify us at least 1 week before arrival.

This complete holiday home Jacobo is located on the edge of the village of Burgh Haamstede. It is located on a quiet location. With lots of privacy and a spacious garden where you can fully enjoy. The garden is completely enclosed so that children can play freely here while you sit in the sun on the sheltered terrace. In just fifteen minutes by bike, you will be at the bottom of the dunes in Nieuw Haamstede, but you can also take the car than you will be there in 5 minutes. The center of Burgh Haamstede is five minutes away by bike, here are several restaurants, shops and also a supermarket. A nearby leisure park has an (indoor) playground, miniature golf and tennis courts which is just a ten-minute walk away.

You can park your car in front of the entrance gate of the holiday home Jacobo and walk onto the lawn towards the house (there is room for max. 2 cars). You enter the house in the hall which gives access to a small double bedroom (bed140x190) and a new (dec 2021) bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. Then you enter the living room, which is comfortably furnished. There is a large, modern wooden table and a seating area around the gas fireplace.
gas . The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave . From the living room you can walk through the sliding doors onto the terrace. There is also a second bedroom with bunk beds accessible from the living room and a second hall with stairs to the first floor (for German guests, somewhat steep). Upstairs are the second, new (dec 2021)  bathroom with sink and shower and the third and fourth bedroom, both with a double bed (160x200 and 180x200). There is a third toilet in the outbuilding where the washing machine is located (out of use in winter due to frost).

This house is very suitable for families with young children because of the child-friendly environment with an enclosed garden, toys , and a trampoline in summer. We do not consider the house suitable for three couples. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
