Perfect Stay

We were in Daytona for a national cheer competition. Or accommodations were perfect. Cleanliness was top-notch. Plenty of room for our group of seven people, ages 10-adult. Wonderful experience start to finish. Loved our easy access to the pools and beach. Excellent stay and hope to return soon.

Never a bad stay

Being able to wake up every morning and hear the sound of the waves at the beach is all vacation is about. My family and I enjoyed every bit of this resprt and room. Jumping back and forth from the pool to the lazy river to the water slide and then to the beach is what every vacation should be filled with. We enjoyed all of the shopping and dining around the resort since it is in a perfect location to get to everything you need. It was a perfect stay!

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful with many different amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our unit was so much larger and spacious than the pictures. We were on the top floor and had high ceilings and had amazing views of the ocean and city. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

great facility

The accommodations were excellent! Well stocked and very clean! We had everything that we needed. While we weren't oceanside, we had a great view of the ocean and the street from out balcony, prime spot as we could see the ocean and the sunset! The hotel was well staffed and had ample security. I loved the armband entrance ability. The only problem I had was at check in, we had a split reservation because we were Thurs-Wed and the front desk could not find our second reservation. When they found it they said we would have to check out and then back in on Sunday and we may have to move rooms! I went back to the front desk later and Roshai worked everything out and made things move smoothly. Roshani has GREAT customer service skills and should be commended. Thanks for a most enjoyable vacation!!

Resort stay

We had an amazing stay and will for sure be back. I loved the bracelets you get that open all the doors and give you access to the amenities. The suite had dishes pots and pans ,cups, and utensils and a full kitchen which was great. Only down side is it was truck week and it was so loud in the evening so I would say check Daytona events before booking. We also weren’t sure about checkout if we had to wash or clean anything or take out the trash. After we checked out they said we were supposed to take out the garbage. I offered to go back up but they said not to worry about it. Staff was super friendly. They try to get you in on a timeshare tour and called and texted me the entire trip. That was a tad annoying but not a deal breaker. Since this was our first time doing a resort, so I do wish the owner provided more details on the check in and check out process and what was expected of us since this wasn’t a regular hotel room.

Not booking here again

For starters we arrived to an already accommodated room . Luckily they weren’t there to know the horror of starangers entering a room presumed empty . 2 nd my kids beds were dirty and we found toes nails and hair and i had to wash everything right then after traveling 16 hours ! The elevators were long waits and dining in the area as well as long waits ( covid ) we have an undertaking as the whole country is dealing with this growing problem . Dealing with over whelming check in of over two hours and parking distance with no one on the same page . It literally was as if no one knew what was going on or how to fix a thing . I can only assume great patience of the changing Circumstances of traveling with very limited staff was most of these issues . All in all we will refrain from traveling for a time.

My new favorite resort!

I absolutely loved this vacation and can't wait to go back! The atmosphere was perfect for a weekend getaway with my friend and our kids. Loved the pool, water slides, and lazy river. The room was so clean and comfy. I loved being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to concerts down at the beach. Can't wait to book my next stay!

Issues with the room from the start

We get there and we are booked in different rooms half of the stay in one room and we were going to have to move midweek to another room which we were not informed of this at all, would not have booked if I had known this. So we sat there for probably 30 minutes before they got us oceanside, so that was fixed. I really didn't like the idea that only one vehicle per 8 occupant room that really sucked, my son paid over 100 for parking next door. So we wait on the elevator for probably 30 minutes to get upstairs and get to the room and everything is dusty, floor dirty, lights out, fan on high made a noise all night, TV's not working, shower faucet broken, washer/dryer busted they had to come in a tear the whole wall down and repair it. They gave us vouchers for our trouble. At this point I think we got this room to fix our problem with our room from the start, no one could have possibly stayed in this room for some time. 3rd day washed dishes and let the water out and the fitting under the sink come loose and water went everywhere, came and fixed it, gotpre vouchers. Overall the stay was nice when we didn't encounter issues every other day.

My family and I had a great time. We didn’t get beach front but could still see the beach. The only complaint is the parking. If you go out be sure to make it back before 8pm if not you’ll be parking across the street then will have to move it out by 11am the next morning. The staff was friendly and the facility was nice overall. Would definitely go back.

Great Resort at a Great Location

This resort provided us the beach vacation we needed in a very convenient location! With walking distance to many shops and restaurants, it was easy to please everyone in our party. The condo was amazing, and the resort had activities for kids of all ages everyday. Will definitely come back to this one!
