Great Location Near Convention Center

I was in town for a meeting at the convention center and the location was fantastic. We had everything we needed in the safe and secure location. Daniela is a wonderful host!

Summer holiday

Great location to beach and ferry. Lovely outside area to eat or have drink in the shade. Use of Bikes to ride. Quiet area so all round great place.

Quiet apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay on the Lido. We - three adults - came to visit the Biennale. The apartment is close to the beach and in walking-distance from the ferry terminal and shops and restaurants. It is absolutely quiet. Both Daniela and the housekeeper were extremely polite. The apartment was spotless and we very much enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. Regarding the description on fewo-direkt, I had hoped that "two bedrooms" meant two rooms, not one bedroom and a kitchen/dining room with sofa bed, but a careful look at the images shows as much. I also hadn't realised that the flat is on the first floor. As one member of our party is in his late 80s, it was somewhat impractical to have to walk down the stairs to use the outside seating area. I think this should be clarified in the description. Other than that, everything was fine.

Perhaps Christina didn't read the ad properly, because it is clearly described that the flat is located on the first floor of the villa with its own independent gate, a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, large bathroom with shower.

Es waren 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer bestellt. Wir bekamen 1 Schlafzimmer, mein Mann mußte in einer sehr beengten Küche auf einer Couch schlafen. Es war kalt geworden, wir baten um die Heizung. Wir bekamen die pampige Antwort, dass erst ab Ende Oktober beheizt würde. Mein Mann und ich liegen seit unserer Heimfahrt mit einer fürchterlichen Erkältung im Bett.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und ruhig. Es gibt 1 SchlafZi mit 1 Doppelbett, ein Bad und 1 Miniküche mit Essplatz und Klappcouch. Die Angabe mit 2 SchlafZi ist irreführend und meiner Meinung nach einfach nicht richtig. Es gibt nur mit sehr viel Glück einen öffentl. Parkplatz. Leider wurde uns nicht gesagt, daß wir Räder ausleihen könnten. Ist trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Dear Angelika, you have rent the flat "Luna" CORRECTLY described "with ONE double bedroom, a living room with a double sofabed, a kitchenette and a bath room ". Perhaps you have read the description of the other flat, ‘Stella’, on the same floor, which is larger with two bedrooms.

Perfekte Kombination Kunsr, Kultur und Meer

Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit braucht. Ich bin sehr spät, nach Mitternacht angekommen und Daniela hat netterweise auf mich gewartet. Kommunikation war sehr gut. Alles hat gut funktioniert und war sehr schön sauber. Vielleicht habe ich die Fotos nicht gut genug angeschaut, aber ich hatte erwartet direkten Zugang zum Garten zu haben. Die Wohnung ist aber im ersten Stock. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super und die vaporetto Station um in die Stadt zu fahren ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.

Appartement propre et paisible

L’accueil de Daniela fut superbe. Elle nous a prêté deux vélos pour faire nos courses et nous rendre chaque jour au Vaporetto. L’appartement qui est très fonctionnel est sur une rue tranquille . Nous n’entendions pas les voisins. Daniela a pu gentiment nous accommoder avec notre arrivée et notre départ. Son français est impeccable. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons.

Das einzige kleine Problem ist die eingeschränkte Parkplatzsituation. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen und ggf. schon vorab prüfen, wo geparkt werden kann.

Wir waren schon oft in Venedig, aber diese Unterkunft ist mit Abstand die beste gewesen: Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, netter Kontakt. Knappe Viertelstunde zu Fuss zum Vaporetto, nur 5min zum Meer. Die Fewo hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Ideale Lage

Ruhige, hübsche Ferienwohnung. Schön, morgens zum Frühstück der sonnengeflutete Essplatz im Wohn-Küchen-Bereich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Wasserbusstation fußläufig zu erreichen. 2 kostenlose Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Ein Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub. Herrliche Ruhe am Lido

Inmitten des Trubels der Biennale fanden wir hier ein ruhiges Domizil mit einer sehr kunstsinnigen Vermieterin. Da die Wohnung ca. 10-15 Min. von der Vaporetto-Station (ganz nahe am Strand) liegt, stellte uns Daniela Fahrräder (schon etwas klapprig) zur Verfügung. Badezimmer und Küche sind sehr gut bestückt und ausgerüstet, die Betten sind ebenfalls gut. Es war absolut leise, man konnte bei offenen Fenstern wunderbar schlafen. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock einer kleinen Villa mit Garten, die Vermieterin wohnt ebenfalls dort und steht für alle Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung. Wir (2 Freundinnen) haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Appartments sind so wie beschrieben. Dadurch, dass man kochen kann, spart man in Venedig sehr viel Geld. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Sonderwünschen (Fahrrad ausleihen, ihren Computer für Online-Check-in benutzen) immer geholfen. Vielen Dank! Philipp, Aachen

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch in der Lagune

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie abgebildet. Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und alles gehabt, was wir benötigten. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Vaporetto sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation war reibungsfrei. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de madame Rotelli .L'appartement nous a satisfait à 100%. Il est propre , spacieux (2 pers.)lumineux ,entouré de verdure . Bien situé à +/_ 10 ' du vaporreto et du centre commercial, ce qui est bien pratique. Nous avons également apprécié les vélos mis à notre disposition pour nous déplacer sur l'île. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir et si l'occasion se représente nous y retournerons volontiers. André et Marguerite

La description de l'annonce de location de cet appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'existant. L' appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Nous sommes un couple d' habitués pour la 2ème année et y avons séjourné du 10 au 24 septembre 2014 . La propriétaire Daniela est très disponible et attachée à nous donner les meilleurs conseils tout en étant à l'écoute de nos demandes éventuelles qui sont rares car tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons donc cette location sans réserve. Nous apprécions particulièrement l'art vénitien et les biennales d'architecture et d'art contemporain en alternance. Etre logé au Lido à 2 pas des Ghiardini est très reposant loin de la foule de Venise. Annie et Jean-Pierre D.

Un ottimo appartamento al Lido

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questo delizioso appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, ecc...), che offre anche la possibilità di godere di un piccolo giardino curato e ben arredato. La villetta, che si trova in un bellissimo contesto residenziale, dista pochi minuti a piedi sia dall'imbarco dei vaporetti per Venezia sia dalla spiaggia. Nei dintorni si trovano inoltre vari ristoranti e negozi e, soprattutto, un supermercato Billa con ottimi prezzi. Per noi è stato un piacevolissimo rifugio dopo giornate trascorse a visitare Venezia e le isole. Lo consigliamo senz'altro a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza al mare senza essere lontani dai più grandi capolavori di tutti i secoli.
