Very clean, nice quiet place plenty of space. Close to nice restaurants and shops also attractions easily accessible in walking distance. Can be easily accessed by private water taxi or on foot from grand canal water transit. Very nice location felt very safe in the area and building.

Close to all that Venice has to offer. We were told about the ongoing construction. However we barely noticed the noise.Thank you for a great stay!

This apartment is perfectly located in Venice. Personally, we would stay here again but not for a long time. The shower is very small. The bed is comfortable. There was only one pillow per person. Actually finding the apartment is hard because the logo on the door is different than the host name. There was hair not belonging to us in the towel. The house cleaner came inside the apartment at 9:43am when checkout was 10am. I ended up getting sick and requested a late check out but never heard back until well after checkout time and we had already left. Overall, it was a great location and comfy bed which is why I gave it three stars but if the location was different, I would not have been very impressed.

The apartment is on the canal and we did not realize that on a Friday night, there were boats out late and one with loud music that woke us up. The place was very clean and well set up. Also convenient to get anywhere you want to go.

Buena ubicación pero super ruidoso

El departamentones como se ve en las fotos, lindo, moderno, la ubicación es inmejorable, pero justo enfrente hay una obra en construcción muy grande, que seguramente dure meses y a las 6 de la mañana empiezan a trabajar, no hay forma de seguir durmiendo con el ruido que hacen. Si estás dispuesto a levantarte a las 6 de la mañana es el departamento ideal.
