We had a terrific stay at Casa del Sol. Flavia was lovely and answered all our questions. The apartment was centrally located, but in a very local neighborhood. Just be warned that there are many steps (4 flights) to get to the apartment, Fine for us, but is not for anyone with mobility challenges. Spacious, clean, and well appointed. Nice size bathroom too. We fell love with Venice!

We had a wonderful stay at this Beautiful Appartement! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast items in the fridge plus coffee, tea,milk,toast and homemade jam have been wonderful gesture. The roof terrace was perfect for an evening drink!

Beautiful B&B in the middle of Venice close to the major sites a. We walked everywhere from the apartment . The breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop was amazing

Very clean, well decorated, & very spacious. Our gracious hosts supplied us with homemade jam & homemade grappa as well as bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, cookies, coffee & tea. Which was a very thoughtful thing to do for your guests. Our hosts Flavia & Sergio were wonderful! They provided additional information, & literature to make our stay comfortable & welcoming. It was a fabulous way to celebrate our 29th anniversary!

The apartment was charming with a quirky, but comfortable, layout. The rooftop deck was so nice to have. They thought of simply every possible amenity you might need from coffee, tea and a full cookie jar, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, and milk to name only a few. Books, including tour books in several languages were nice to have on hand. Beds were comfortable. We were welcomed as if already close friends. What a nice feeling!

Delicious Fresh: bread, fruit, yoghurt, jams, butter, biscuits teas and coffees provided to prepare your own breakfast. Effective simple kitchen with microwave combi and sandwich toaster (not toaster).Spotlessly clean. Easy communication, highly recommend. One might want to check if the hot tub is seasonally available.

Our hosts went above and beyond to help us get to our aprtment, and made it easy. The location is tremendous. Easy to walk to all the Venice Hotspots but nice and quiet in the evenings. The rooftop patio is the icing on the cake.

This property is a little hidden gem. It is a lovely apartment with a fabulous rooftop terrace. We stayed there two years ago and enjoyed it so much, we decided to return this year!!

Wonderful location and place

We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck, especially in the later evening. Very good market close by.Be aware that there is no elevator and this is on the fourth floor. I would stay there again.

Casa del Sole was ideal for our stay in Venice. The apartment was clean, well-stocked and centrally located. The bonus of having a rooftop patio was fantastic! This is an excellent property for a couple spending several days in Venice. The hosts were gracious and helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for us, tons of restaurants and shopping near by and Saint Marc’s was just a few minutes away! The homemade jam was delicious and the rooftop patio was beautiful.
