The apartment has just been completely refurbished to the highest standards. It is located on one of the top floors and is facing west, which means it get amazing views as the sun sets on the horizon. Direct sea view from the living room and from the bed! Lift. Direct access door to the beach promenade. They are very few steps to get to the beach. Quiet area, without traffic, without cars. Walking along the promenade it takes a few minutes to reach the renowned beach resort and leisure center at Anfi, as well as one of the most beautiful golden sands beaches in Gran Canaria. On the ground floor you will find the Kai Club, a private beach club with pool, hot tubs, a 5 star restaurant, and a spa (entry fee required).

Super fine view

Fine view to the beach and sea. But noise from the passing Road and the nearby restaurants by night. We learned to take the busses. Close to supermarked and all kinds of restaurants.
