About this property
2 Riverside Cottages, Yoxford
This charming cottage in Yoxford is an ideal base from which to explore Suffolk's picturesque coast and beautiful countryside. The historic village of Dunwich with its expanse of sandy beach is under six miles away; market towns of Framlingham and Beccles, and popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are all within half an hours drive.
2 Riverside Cottages is a 19th century workers cottage which has been beautifully renovated, furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate four gues

FIRST FLOOR
Relatively steep carpeted stairs with a handrail take you landing with doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom.
DOUBLE ROOM
At the front is the attractive double room with double bed sitting between bedside cabinets with drawers, a large chest of drawers and hooks with hangers for dresses and jackets.
SINGLE/TWIN ROOM
Sitting quietly at the back overlooking the garden and fields, is a pretty room simply furnished with a single bed, bedside table and a chair. There is a pull out bed which can be used on request at the time of booking, however it does make movement quite tight!
GARDEN
Fully enclosed with gravel and a patio area furnished with a bistro style table and couple of chairs. There's external access from the parking space past the neighbours so you could wheel bikes through and store them in the garden out of sight from the road, as well as access through the kitchen door.
PARKING
There's off road parking for one car in beside No 3 Riverside Cottages as well as roadside parking in front.
AREA
Yoxford itself has some interesting antique shops and art galleries as well as a village shop, the pub and a restaurant. Minsmere nature reserve is close; there are lots of wonderful walks and cycle routes as well as all the towns mentioned above and Snape Maltings, famous for music art and shopping.

Lovely cosy cottage in a great location for exploring the Suffolk coast. Very well equipped - everything we needed. Fab to have a good local pub in walking distance too.
Lovely, very well equipped, clean cottage in a countryside setting. Communication and personal touches were great. Enclosed garden perfect for a dog. Highly recommended!

What a charming cottage in a beautiful area. The cottage had everything we needed. Most places we wanted to visit such as Southwold, Aldeburgh, Dunwich, Sutton Hoo etc were less than a 30 minute drive. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
