Our stay was cozy. comfortable and centrally located! We were steps from beach, shops, and restaurants. Loved this trip for the convenience and relaxing vibe!
The property was excellent and our host couldn't have been more accommodating! Just a short walk to the beach and the center of town! We look forward to visting again in the future!
Good base for exploring the area. Our cottage needed a little TLC: one bed frame was broken at one corner, curtains were ragged and under the bed needed sweeping. Good communication from the host.
Great location - can walk to most all attractions.
Perfect for a family with one or two children. A few minutes walk to the beach, bike trail, boats, amusements and restaurants. Clean property with east access.
My Fiancé and I, along with my parents stayed here while we were in town for the ADK food and wine festival! It was a perfect location, far enough away to be out of all the craziness of the village but also close enough to walk right to the festival, didn’t have to worry about driving at all! Perfect place!

Staycation at LG
We live about an hour away so we are very familiar with LG. We enjoyed being tourist for a couple days. My sons throughly enjoyed their stay at your cabin. I had hope to be closer to town, but my sons really enjoyed the walks to downtown!
The property was a great location and made for a solid home base. Sleeping conditions were solid. The fire pit was a nice addition. Overall, the place was pretty clean minus the trash left under one of the beds. We did use the oven yet there were no oven mits. Just FYI. Great spot for the 4th of July week!
This experience was amazing especially during COVID! Everything was no contact, the cottage was so cute and clean! We had one problem with the shower not draining and I called the front desk within the 2 hours we were gone they came here and fixed it! We will definitely be renting here again!

Cozy Beach Side Cottage
When I first booked this cottage I was leary since there were no other reviews available. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It is a cozy two bedroom cottage. The cottage was very clean and well kept. The A/C was good and the kids loved the great Wi-Fi. Walking distance from Million Dollar Beach is a double plus and 2mins drive or 15min walk to Lake George Village . A home away from home. We loved our stay . Definitely coming back next year or even this fall. !!
We stayed here with our two sons on a cooler rainy weekend in August. The town is an easy walk so we didn't need our car at all and we ate at many good restaurants, played mini golf, and did a boat tour. One night we had a fire. Each unit has a fire ring which was great! In terms of Lake George not cottage related-If traveling with kids on a warmer summer weekend keep in mind that all of the public beaches close at 6pm. Our kids are older so had it been a hot weekend that would have really of been a bummer but just plan accordingly. We also watched the fireworks on Thursday night right around the corner from the cottage. The only thing we didn't love about the cottage is that there is one mini split to cool the whole place. It wasn't the end of the world but on the warmer night even with both bedrooms open it still wasn't super cold in the bedrooms. One had a fan at least but the other didn't. If we were there with another couple we wouldn't have liked keeping our doors open. That is the only thing though! We were in cottage #1. The local neighbors were very nice and gave us a lot of tips about things to do with the kids. We had a great time!

Fine for a “home base”, not a “hanging out” kind of place
Booking and communicating with the owner was easy and professional. Upon arrival, we were a bit disappointed at the actual size of the living space. It did not allow an adult family of four to hang out comfortably and relax. The dining table is in the middle of a very small room with a 3 seater couch. The TV is mounted almost at the ceiling height and remotes were confusing to figure out. There were only stools at the table, one was broken. No other chairs in the cottage and outside only a picnic table that was not in great shape. It was not as clean as had been described in previous reviews. Lots of flying bugs inside. Also, since the bedrooms did not have AC, so it became hot in the bedrooms at night, and only one had a ceiling fan. It would have been helpful if the owner left something in writing for the guests explaining how to use the remotes/TVs, where extra towels are kept, and labeled the light switches. In sum, it was fine as a home base kind of cottage, but not comfortable to spend time in. We thought it was expensive considering all of the above.
We had a great stay in Lake George. The cottage is an easy walk into the bustle of town but without all of the noise. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was clean and well stocked. Thank you!
