The Lookout Keswick -Luxury House
Our beautifully renovated, detached 1920's house is situated overlooking Keswick, just a 20 minute walk from the town centre.
Our accommodation can sleep up to 10 people and will be your perfect Lake District home from home. Ideal for couples or families alike, all bedrooms are en-suite and one bedroom is at ground floor level. This is a house to suit everyone's needs.
Bookings for 6 or less are the top two floors of the house, bookings for 7-10 guests includes the bottom floor as well. You will always have exclusive usage of the house.
With stunning views from all of the rear windows towards Causey Pike, Grisedale Pike and the Newlands Valley in the near distance – you can enjoy the wonders of the area right from the balcony!
Self-catering luxury house that sleeps up to 10 people. Detached 1920s house with stunning views overlooking Keswick.
The main house sleeps six in two king-size and a twin bedroom. All rooms are ensuite with their own TV. There is a snug TV room (which can be used as an occasional fourth bedroom), fitted kitchen and spacious dining room/lounge.
In addition, there is a self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor. This can be accessed via internal stairs or by its own access at the rear of the house. This is accessible when booking for more than 6.
This has a king-size and a twin bedroom, a spacious bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with wood-burning stove.
This gives you flexibility and privacy for extended family and multi-family holidays and gatherings.
The property has a large private garden with a patioed outdoor eating area. There is a large garage which you can use to store bikes, canoes etc.

The Lookout is a detached 1920s house that has been beautifully renovated with stunning views from the rear of the house.
The garden is previously “Keswick in Bloom” award winning and allows for quiet times or as an area for exciting adventures for children.
We have tried to establish a level of luxury and exclusivity enabling you to make this your perfect Lake District home from home. Although based on the outskirts of Keswick, the centre of town is only a fifteen-minute walk away.
The market town of Keswick is situated in the North Lakes and is surrounded by spectacular Mountains and the beautiful Derwent water.
The town hosts a market every Saturday and most Thursdays throughout the year. There are many fantastic pubs and restaurants featuring a wide variety of cuisines.
If you want shopping there are art galleries, antiques and gift shops.
